Overall below Renaissance standards”
The lobby and swimming pool area sounds normal as other Renaissance hotels, however when I got in to my room..., I was a little bit surprised. The room not just looked old-fashioned but needed to repair. We checked-in two rooms by two different server, sorry I forgot their names, the man who helped me really helpful but the other lady who take care with my friends was so rude. She was my server when I checked-out, again same old manner, 'impolite' to us. Talk about breakfast, the server wasn't attentive, and the buffet area didn't have food for quite some time, although that is just 8am. The good thing was that they offered you wine-tasting and afternoon tea at the lobby lounge and $20 cash couple at Watergate Casino.
