The hotel has helpfull staff, good location, near city center but sorry you must be concern about linen, actually I'm not the complainers person but I have body problem. If the linens not clean my body will respond itchy.

Last minutes hotel only”
Unfortunately i have too high expectation for this place, i went to a 2 star hotel before and they were lot more satisfactory than this place. The hotel is an old hotel that would be nice to have a lil renovation since even the wall is cracked and everything is just super old. it tries to follow the Red Doorz requirement like mineral water, towel, and AC, but sadly they seem doesn't try enough to think about the customers, the sheet is dirty , and the AC is very poor.. since i check in to the hotel around 14.00 and i turn on the AC to the lowest temperature but still i feel nothing. after dinner and heading back to my room (which i turn the AC on hoping it would get cooler), yet it's still just a so - so. i just lucky it's already late at night, and the temperature is low at night. so i would say the AC is definitely need to be maintenanced. the hot water runs fine though (thankfully), and also they don't have a kettle to make our self coffee and stuffs.

The hotel is nearby to the Expo centre but Disappointed with the facility and the cleanines, the room is smelly and also need to upgrade the soundproofing as can hear the noise from outside and sometimes can shake up your room ceiling..Red doorz need to upgrade n renovates this old hotel as the area is very convenient for the people who when to Expo centre..

Kemana mana dekat. Kamar bersih. Cuma sprei nya agak kurang bersih cucinya msh ada bercak. Dan sikat gigi nya disalah satu kamar ky bekas pakai gitu. Size kamarnya gak sama. Overall kita puas.

Kelebihan hotel ini adalah harganya murah, dekat dengan tempat makan babi bali (buat yg non muslim ya), dekat ke plaza amburukmo. Kekurangannya adalah belum ada lift, jadi siap siap naik turun tangga ya. Selain itu, air dari AC dibuang ke kamar mandi dan menetes di lantai kamar mandi sehingga lantai selalu basah. Lokasinya agak jauh dari malioboro. Untuk budget hotel boleh lah menginap di sini.

untuk harga murah, fasilitas sudah mencukupi air panas lancar, AC dingin tapi posisinya tepat diatas tempat tidur, jadi kena langsung anginnya suasana agak berisik karena kamar di pinggir jalan persis buat sekedar tidur dan mandi sudah sangat cukup dengan harga murah
