        The best accommodation you can find in Yogyakarta at this price”

        Many backpackers prefer to stay in areas where there are many foreigners, but I rather enjoyed staying here near universities. The prices around you are cheaper, you can enjoy a more Indonesian experience, and if you are lucky, you can build friendships with smart and pleasant students who speak fluent English. If you don't have enough money, this is the perfect place for it. You can have a nice, spacious accommodation for less than 10 dollars a night. Of course, it's not as neat as a proper hotel, and there's no perfect service, but it was a much more pleasant experience than sharing a room with others in a guest house.
