      1. Receptionist staff isn't polite enough for acquiring customer 2. The Facilities isn't we were expected. Not enough blanket for twin beds (only 1 blanket for two twin beds). The staff told us that they were lack of blanket because too many guest. 3. Liquid Soap and shampoo are not refilled. 4. We are expecting this hotel to be more professional than before.

Baru datang disuguhi dengan kamar yang bau rokok, bau anyir dan kotor bekas tisu, bercak darah, kasur keras, sprey kurang bersih dll. Dikamar ada lorong untuk extra bed yang sepertinya tidak perlu ada di setiap kamar. Untuk harga segitu kelas bintang 2 ga worth it sih setidaknya bersih

      Bukan Fasilitas yang sebanding dengan Harga yang Mahal ketika High Season. Tidak ada WiFi, Tidak ada Handuk, tidak sesuai dengan apa yang kita bayarkan!!! Kondisi gedung tidak terawat dan banyak sarang laba-laba di dinding kamar dan kamar mandi.
