This hotel is good enough, actually. It's near the airport, the room is spacious. We just rarely to see the staff.

Security has NO manner”
As usual, everytime I stayed at any hotel or hostel,I will checked everything. I found that toilet spray broken so I reported to Receptionist. I asked to move to another room but she said nothing available but most of the room dark like no one stayed there.I checked with Agoda if there is available room or not,and It,s AVAILABLE several room.(it was 20.00pm and heavy rain).when i explained this to receptionist, suddenly a man come to me and talk rudely.he said that if we didn't like the room,he will returned the money and searched somewhere else.Heavy rain,night time,with 7 and 9 years old kid,No transportation and that man try to kick us out where there are so many rooms available.

Air hangat, kamar luas, dekat ke mana-mana. Kasur gedhe banget. Pokoknya dapet dengan harga 170 an udah lebih dari cukup pake banget ini mah. Tapi sayangnya jam 22:00 udah close gate jadinya ga bisa ke mana-mana. But kalau dari penginapannya oke banget! Saya rekomendasikan sekali! Review jujur!

Kamar keluarga nya cukup utk kami 3 dewasa dan 2 anak kecil, menginap selama 3 malam, dapet kamar paling depan dgn view keren, karyawan ramah semua, dibantuin jg utk angkat koper dan tas2 bawaan kami.. rekomen bgt pokoknya, terima kasih ya utk mas2 n mbak nya disana 👍👍👍

Saya order untuk family room, tapi dapetnya kamar deluxe biasa dgn 1 bed biasa.. aneeh!! Bnr2 mengecewakan.. kamarnya jg bauu! Jd begitu saya check in, baru masuk udah lgs kluar kamar untuk check out! Ga jd saya nginep disana, krna kecewa sekali orderan yang saya dpt beda! Alasan petugasnya ga masuk akal.. jgn tertipu dgn fotonyaaa, sangat jauh berbedaa..

udah 2 kali stay disini karena dekat dengan rumah nenek, fasilitas cukup memadai dengan parkir yang luas dan lokasi sangat dekat dengan YIA. Water heater dan AC berfungsi normal.
