Amazing place to take a rest! Even when i was there for the first time and looking for the address but it was not match in google maps. But i'm finally found what i need! The room is so clean and tidy! Also when i am getting sick in the midnight, my partner asked for refill our mineral water and hot water for my instant porriedge . Unfortuantely our bathroom was stuck. But all good!

There was an uncomfortable smell whenever I entered the room and also there was some ant in my room. Sometime the hot water couldn't come out. But other than that, the facility is quite complete and I can say it is a cozy hotel

Cheap, neat, quiet, good location, but stink of smoke”
I initially requested windowed room, but the room stinked of smoke since the staff was smoking just outside the hotel. So i moved to upper floor which unfortunately have no window, but again the room stinked. Somehow the smoke could still sink, perhaps other guests were smoking too. Otherwise the place was neat, cheap, quiet, good location. Wifi was slow tho.

The room is more grubby than shown in the photos, dusty on floor (hallway needs a good clean too) we had a big line of ants in the room and the sheets on the bed were either stained or not changed. we didnt feel very comfortable in the room as it didnt feel clean. The location is ok if you have transport, hidden behind a main road, and there is free parking and no noise at night which is a plus. There is hot water in the shower and refillable water. Although not terrible, I wouldnt come back due to cleanliness.

Saya c.in pada malam hari & ketersediaan kamar hanya yang tidak ada jendelanya. Lalu shower toilet gagangnya patah sudah dari awal saya masuk. Karena sudah terlalu lelah, saya istirahat dan tidak menggunakan shower toilet. Besok paginya kerusakan gagang shower dibebankan kepada kami sebagai tamu. Staf mengaku sebelum disewakan shower masih berfungsi tetapi kenyataannya tidak berfungsi. Saya sangat sangat kecewa dengan penginapan ini.

Penginapan yang nyaman , harga cukup terjangkau hanya saja untuk early checkin di kenakan biaya tambahan 50k. Staffnya ramah. Lokasi agak masuk ke gang namun mudah di jangkau, mau kemana-mana dekat.

So so saja. Kamar kecil dan sempit serta suara dari luar masih masuk ke kamar, agak mengganggu tidur. AC berfungsi tapi remote pecah layarnya. TV lumayan masih bisa diliat walau berbintik. Staff ramah. kamar lumayan bersih dan wangi, ada beberapa noda coklat di lantai yg mungkin kelewatan dibersihkan. Kamar mandi agak bau sedikit, air panas kadang mati kalau malam hari.

Lokasi dekat dengan salah satu pusat pembelanjaan terbesar di jogja. Lokasinya masuk kedalam perkampungan tp bisa dibantu dg gmap. Kebersihan ruang kurang terjaga
