location is strategic, but very poor for water.. usually there is no water in bathroom... we are really disappointed, hope this hotel can fix this. use PDAM or else maybe. we cant get shower..

This hotel is nothing about what you see in the pictures (talking about cleaning) !! Room and bathroom were so dirty and smelly .. Please check underneath the bed, so you don’t have to realize until last time that is even dirty toilet paper there. Staff was nice but someone has to know basic English if they are running a tourist business.

if you would like to sleep in rooms full of mold, bugs and dust! then go ahead. i guarantee if you sleep here for more then two nights you will get sick. the owner of this hotel is so stingy. the building is run down, walls are peeling, bugs crawling under the bed sheets, there is black mold in bathrooms ceilings, doors and rooms. black mold is dangerous for health. if i have the option to choose no star it would be 0 star! worse hotel ever!

This place isn't far from Gubeng train station , we were late check in and we were notice for hotel of this case . the room is okay , but bathroom no shampoo and bath gel event the dispenser box was set up on the wall , need to improve the quality of cleanliness. some furniture was broken and we carefully to used it, the remote tv didn't work properly. we were easy to get the breakfast cos in the main road of this hotel alot food stall and easy to went anywhere with online taxi.

Linen and little an animal”
The linen had smell bad. I think the laundry wasn't dry it quietly so it's like half dry and they display it to the bed directly. Just that. Ah, i saw centipete at the bathroom. Maybe the houskeeper or office boy could fix it for the future? Because it is really dangerous for the people.

at ground floor corner room”
room was clean and tidy, but kinda dim with all orange bulbs. the toilet has no hot water in the shower really disappointed with this. need to hail gojek to reach this hotel, during rush hour, hard to reach this place due to long traffic. the receptionist, im really speechless with them, NO SMILE at all??? seriously? the owner need to teach them how to work in hospitality business. i saw a lady seems like the owner she even smiled at me when i pass through her.

No breakfast but cockroaches and mould ”
After shared the room with 2 big cockroaches and some mould in the bathroom, we were mostly disappointed that there was no breakfast available, although we deliberately booked a room included breakfast. We didn't expect a lot for a room in this price range, but it is not accaptable to charge for services which are not available. Anyway the Wifi connection in the room was slow and only available next to the door.
