Lokasi yg strategis, relatif murah & parkiran merupakan alasan utama Hotel ini Saya pilih. Tapi kamar *** yg dikasi ke Saya ACnya gak dingin, bau rokok yg tajam, sehingga Saya munta pindah ke kamar lain, awalnya ditawari kamar ***, tapi saat saat Saya mau lihat kamar tsb, diinfokan oleh petugas hotel yg lain kalau *** sdh dipesan dan yg ada sisa ***. Kamar *** memang wangi dan ac normal, tapi tembok2nya sdh kotor, lembab. Kamar mandinya juga kotor (lihat foto2). Saran kepada pengelola hotel : Kamar *** sebenarnya perlu perbaikan & pembersihan total sebelum disewakan ke tamu.
Kami sangat menyesal mendengar bahwa pengalaman Anda tidak memuaskan. This is suitable for a rest stop that's just looking for a place to sleep. Perhaps the room could be improved, the paint brightened, the cashier with holes from cigarettes could be replaced or covered with a mat, and the sheets that are already torn should not be used anymore.

Terlihat di foto aplikasi penginapan ini bersih dan layak ... namun setelah sampai di sana kenyataan jauh dari foto. Kamar kotor, tembok lembab, wifi tidak lancar, bahkan air mineral botol tidak diberikan karena habis stok. Sebaiknya cari anda cari penginapan lain saja...

“Review Kamar Deluxe *** & *** RedDoorz Near Alun-alun Pemalang”
Saya bahas kelebihannya dulu, ya. Lokasinya strategis, berada di sekitar Alun-alun Pemalang, pusat kota, banyak pedagang yang menjual beraneka macam makanan dan minuman membuat kami mudah mencari makan dan minum, dekat dengan minimarket, dekat juga dengan Stasiun Pemalang (±15 menit perjalanan naik mobil), karena kebetulan kami perjalanan pulang-pergi naik kereta api. Dari segi parkiran hotel, luas sekali. Bisa untuk mobil dan motor, bahkan mobil putar balik pun bisa saking luasnya. Sekarang masuk ke dalam hotelnya. Karena kami memilih kamar yang jauh dari kebisingan di kamar 208 dan 209, jadi kamarnya lumayan menjorok ke ujung, tapi it's okay, memang tidak berisik. Untuk pintunya menggunakan smart door lock, jadi masuknya pakai kartu, ditempel ke area kunci pintu, lalu pintu otomatis terbuka. Area kamarnya luas sekali, saya suka. Kebetulan kami memilih kamar tipe Deluxe, karena demi kenyamanan orang tua. Di dalam kamar sudah include King bed, ada semacam laci kecil di sebelah kanan dan kiri bed, ada meja dan kursi (yang sudah tersedia air mineral dua botol), bisa digunakan untuk tempat makan/minum atau berhias diri, ada TV yang sudah connect dengan set top box, bisa untuk menonton siaran TV digital, ada AC, dan kamar mandi dalam yang cukup luas, sudah include toilet duduk, wastafel + cermin, dan shower untuk mandi yang semuanya berfungsi dengan baik. Sudah tersedia pula handuk, sikat pagi, pasta gigi, sabun mandi cair, dan shampoo dari hotel. Sekarang saya bahas kekurangannya, ya. Kondisi lantainya menurut saya seperti agak berminyak. Bersih, tapi pas dilewati kok kayak licin, lembab, berminyak gitu. Kurang dipel lagi sepertinya. Begitu juga dengan lantai kamar mandi, entah mengapa saya juga merasa bahwa lantai dalam kamar mandinya cukup licin seperti lantai kamar, mungkin seharusnya disikat lagi supaya lebih kesat ketika melangkah, takutnya ada yang terpeleset, apalagi saya bawa orang tua yang sudah masuk kategori lansia (>60 tahun). Di depan pintu kamar mandi masih belum tersedia keset. Berhubung ada handuk yang disediakan oleh hotel dan saya juga bawa handuk dari rumah, jadinya handuk hotel tersebut saya gunakan sebagai keset. Untuk area kamar, masih belum tersedia cermin, apalagi bagi perempuan itu penting sekali jika ingin berhias. Sedangkan cermin hanya tersedia di area kamar mandi. Mungkin sarannya bisa ditambahkan cermin di area kamar. Di kamar ***, tempat orang tua saya tidur, area headboard pada bed tidak menempel sempurna pada rangkanya, sehingga menimpa wajah orang tua saya saat tidur, mohon bisa diperbaiki demi kenyamanan pelanggan. Oh iya, sedikit saran juga, mungkin bisa ditambahkan gantungan/hanger dan lemari gantung agar kami bisa menggantung pakaian. Overall, saya suka dengan hotelnya. Terima kasih.
