amazing spot for relaxation”
Had a great few days here! Staff were all very nice and super helpful with arranging day trips. Rooms were large, clean, and comfy! After a day out exploring, getting to relax by the beautiful pools and bar were the perfect way to unwind. A lot of outlets around the outside seating areas which was a plus for when I needed to do a bit of work but didn't want to be stuck in my room!

Little slice of heaven in Siem Reap”
We stayed here in November 2022. The location was superb. Tucked away in an alleyway that made it quiet at night, but only 5 minutes walk to the centre of town (Pub Street). We stayed in the twin villa in the residence side, not the resort, but they are right next to each other. Breakfast was a-la-carte and good selection. The room was rustic & cosy and 5 metres from the front door to the pool. Beautiful decor & gardens to relax by. The staff were genuinely friendly, helpful and eager to please. It felt like a home away from home. There was always tuk-tuk drivers available (very cheap) & we hired them several times for half-day trips as well for very reasonable prices. Would highly recommend Rambutan if you want somewhere close to everything, but feels like a homely private place at night away from the hustle and bustle!

This is my second time to the place. This is such a beautiful place to stay right near by Pup street and the night market. Beautifully decorated and the Breakfast is a must and very tasty. I can't praise enough about amazing staff of Rambutan and hospitality. TukTuk driver Sochiyean was great! Highly recommended. Thanks Sochiyean and hope to see you soon again. I will never forget the experience at Rambutan and its people. Also I like thank the owner of Rambutan, Dirk.🙏🙏🙏

Every employee greeted with natural, shy smiles. That alone was enough to make my stay enjoyable, but the food, service, facilities, and equipment are sprinkled with thoughtful attention to detail. Lively music echoeing from nearby music venues until late at night was a little disappointing, which might be a kind of standard in today's Siem Reap. But I had no problems sleeping.

Had a wonderful time staying at Rhambutan during my time in siem Reap. The hotel is just across the river from the Old Market and walking distance to Pub Street and great restaurants. The rooms were large, clean and pretty. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. I will be staying there again when I return to Siem Reap and would recommend.

charming beyond belief”
This is not a typical north american small hotel (a best western for ex) but a truly unique traveller's boutique hotel where the staff are maybe not perfectly trained but try so hard and go above and beyond ensuring your perfect comfort. So gentle a spirit among the staff, so joyful and accommodating, and clearly wanting their guests to feel like...wanted guests! It was very private, down such a small alley we had to carry our suitcase the last 10m (hotel would have but we went ahead, we're strong enough) because the cab couldn't squeeze the small alleyway. It was super super quiet, not a sound (they purposeful turn off the small pool waterfall at about 9 pm and don't allow swimming, unless with their permission for a very quiet dunk, after 9 or so, in consideration of the other maybe 30 or so guests. Great breakfast to order, 1/2 hour foot massage was free and no up-sell of anything at all, and happy hour was 'flexible' (they started mine 1 1/2 early!

Great staff and good value for money ”
I spent 2 nights in Siem Riep. The staff was supportive even before our arrival with visa questions and arranging us a tuk tuk to take us from airport. They recommended a great driver who took us 2 days for temple visit. Food in the restaurant is good, facilities are great. Staff was always friendly and professional during the entire experience.

It always feels like being welcomed home when we visit Rambutan. The staff is amazing! They go all the way to make sure you have a wonderful time. Breakfast is delicious and you can pick and mix whatever you like from the menu. Afternoon cocktails at the pool were a true highlight with the spicy and strong Kamput Martini as our all time favorite drink! The manager Tommy gave us also great suggestions for places to eat and to visit that were a bit off the beaten track but really worth visiting. We hope to be back soon!

Greeted by friendly staff every time we walk in or out and they are really helpful if you need any kind of information. They speak English well. The room has so much charm and it was clean. The place is right in the city, easy to walk to the main streets.

Great little resort”
The price I paid was 55 dollars per night which was about right. Nice room, comfortable bed, the shower wasn't always warm, but the upstairs area with a balcony was very nice and the location of the resort in Siem Reap was excellent. Friendly staff, very accommodating, had no trouble giving me extra towels when it was raining. Overall, great little place.

Smiling Staff”
The best about this place is the STAFF! Friendly smiles and helpfulness including the check in, housekeeping and bar/restaurant. The chef even cooked something for me even though they were closing up! Mr. Sraught(?) especially was forthcoming and easiest to communicate with in English. The place itself needs some TLC and is kind of worn out. It's sufficient though and good value for the $$ I guess. I just arrived in Phnom Penh's Rambutan and it's not close compared to this Siem Reap facility

Agoda mixed up the type of room we booked, but the hotel offered us another choice immediately. The breakfast is of fine quality. The location is very convenient but tranquil. This hotel was an amazing deal for our Siem Reap stay! We got a complementary 30 min massage with our stay. Our villa came with nice amenities. The breakfasts were quick and delicious (both western and Cambodian options). Centrally located, we were able to walk or take a quick tuk tuk to where ever we needed.

Lovely hotel close to the action but quiet”
Great location in an alley behind the night market. There are two Rambuttan hotels in the same lane separated by a different hotel. Room was comfortable and the hotel had a good restaurant and a good happy hour for cocktails. Really good staff with access to good drivers and advice. Would happily stay again.
