Our family decided to spend New Year's Eve here at Ramada, and our experience was wonderful. We were assisted by Hanz when we checked in. I forgot the names of the other guys at the front desk, but they were all very accommodating, as I often called the front desk during our stay for my requests and needs. Would we come back here? Yes, most definitely. The location is near Lucky Chinatown Mall, so we were able to have a quick dinner and some shopping there before going back to our room to wait for the new year. I’ve stay this hotel for 1 day for Christmas and I can say it is the best hotel in Binondo. I’ve stayed in lots of hotels in Manila but Ramada is one of the best. Easy access to all. 👍🏻 Parks, Malls, Church and Food. It is so convenient specially for a solo traveler like me. All the perks you need is there. The staff is so friendly and very helpful. We had a really great stay in this Hotel!! It's our first time to have a staycation in Binondo area, and we made the right decision booking in Ramada. The buffet breakfast is superb. You can eat all you want. And kudos to all the staff, they are really accomodating. They will assist you from check-in, during your stay and on your check-out day! The room is very clean and the bed is spotless! Plus we really enjoy the view toin our room. Great location as it is located in Ongpin st. When we stayed a few years ago, we had a great time. Good location in Chinatown, very clean rooms, nice staff (all of them!), buffet breakfast. And now, it's all the same great experience, with health protocols in place and at a very affordable price. We stayed for the Holy Week and it's great for Visita Iglesia as there are numerous churches in the area. We'll definitely be back and stay at Ramada.

Best Place to Stay in Chinatown !”
This is the place to stay if you want to explore Chinatown and do the talked about food crawl tour or to go to Divisoria for great shopping at 168 Mall & Lucky Chinatown which are just short walk distance away! There are lots of trike transport if you want it the faster way. There’s also the Binondo Cathedral right across the hotel for your spiritual needs! There’s a 7-11 and Chinese Supermarket right around the corner for your convenience shopping. The hotel amenities and breakfast are also very nice and all the staff are friendly and warm! Great choice!

Helpful and Sincere Staff”
This hotel in Binondo is perfect for everyone and by everyone I mean even from babies, toddlers to seniors too! The staff is courteous, gracious, friendly, attentive, helpful, well-coordinated and well-informed about the do's and don'ts as well as what is available and what is not. Most of often, when things are not available they are very apologetic and would offer an alternative which is helpful in cases you need it the most. During the buffet breakfast I noticed how careful they are in practicing social distancing and sanitation like how their utensils are packed altogether with the paper napkins inside a white paper bag so it is not exposed and the paper bag is where you put your face mask while eating. How convenient! I would really recommend Ramada Binondo to anyone going to Chinatown. You'll definitely have a pleasant and hassle-free stay.

Highly recommend Ramada Manila Central Hotel. Great place to stay in Binondo, updated interiors, friendly & very courteous staff from the front desk ( Jayvee & Mark) to the Bellmen & Security personnel ( Edward, JV, Cha & Jeff) good rates, awesome breakfast buffet ( their champorado is the bomb) at Five Spice restaurant plus the restaurant staff ( Zaldy, Gerald, Vaughn, Benny & Julian) has provided us an excellent service everytime we dine. The hotel & and all its staff made us feel like coming home to a good old hometown filipino hospitality.

Staff were all accomodating. We appreciate for the room upgrade and honeymoon surprise. It was exceptional for us. 3 days stay is really not enough to enjoy the location. Binondo is amazing and truly legendary place. The hotel is perfect spot after you go around and explore Binondo, it is easy to rest, very accessible. You can see the place it is kind of worn out, but the their service was above average.

Our experience was absolutely beyond 5 stars from the moment we checked in. The front desk people, Cha and Mae ( with the other guys too ) handled things in perfect order. The early check-in and upgrade was awesome ! This guy, Edward, made sure we got what we need - everyone was so nice to us ! Will definitely come back.

Comfortable quarantine stay”
My boyfriend and I picked the suite for our 5-day quarantine. The food is not bad (they don't allow food delivery!). We initially got checked in to the wrong room but it got immediately rectified (still, it was a risky mistake during the pandemic). In my opinion, it's important to note that this hotel is near the church, so you will hear the bells 3-4 times a day. Traffic noise also reach even the 12th floor. Otherwise, the staff are very helpful and the testing with the hotel's partner Detoxicare was easy & fuss free. We have no regrets picking Ramada!
