Best of the best”
This is unarguably one of the best hotels in the city. The location cannot be better than this, a couple of Metro stations nearby. The restaurant, lobby, gym all are well maintained. Also the complimentary candies at reception begins your pleasant stay.

Mini-honymoon”
Lovely room with an amazing view. Everything was lovely but we would have appreciated a little more effort to make it more special for us. I payed for the celebration extras in the room and they felt a little underwhelming but the views made up for it! The location was absolutely perfect for a short visit. Everything is in walking distance which was perfect.

The Radisson on Mercer St ”
If it’s ideal location, a refined atmosphere and friendly face to greet you then the Radisson Blu hotels are for you! Although myself and my partner were meant to stay at the Leicester Square Radisson Blu, due to Covid-19 implications we were transferred to the Mercer St instead. But this wasn’t an inconvenience at all to us. We still celebrated our year anniversary in London, staying here and loved every minute!

Thank you so much for your feedback and we appreciate your cooperation. glad to hear that Mercer Street hotel looked after you. we can’t wait to welcome you back in the near future.
Never got to stay the night . ”
We booked to stay here for our daughters 18 th birthday trip to london. We parked our car in the car park as advised by the hotel. Parker street Covent Garden. We went to the theatre. After the theatre we went back to the car to get the luggage to check in to hotel. Our car had been broken in to and all our things taken… Please please do not park in the car park they advise. Please don’t leave things in the car… We wanted to check in first at hotel but was stuck in traffic and didn’t have time before the theatre. All in all a very expensive weekend and we never got to even use the room. So annoyed.

Excellent”
Question. We made our reservation through a third party and now can't get our Radisson points for this stay. Why?

Good location ”
Location is the best, near many food places and shops in walking distance. But it was a bit too noisy to stay here during new year.

Good”
Rooms are clean but rundown looking. The premier room price is definitely not worth the money, that’s one expensive view of Leicester square! The staff were friendly and highly professional . The breakfast service was good.

Location, location, location.”
The location was great and the staff was professional, kind and helpfull. Though the rooms could use a renovation. Also I did not think the breakfast was worth the amount we paid for it. The rooms were poorly soundproofed both from the hallway and from the outside.

Could not find a bad word to say about the hotel, everything was fantastic. I really enjoyed the afternoon lolly jars. Nothing was too much for the staff, the staff at reception were fantastic and loved the chats with the doorman every day. Keep up the great work Radisson Blu Edwardian Hampshire.

Right in the heart of London ”
We had a brilliant stay at Radison Blu Edwardian Hampstead hotel . We walked everywhere including great local restaurants. Saw live theatre and shopped till we dropped. Was a busy German football match weekend .Great people watching and fun. Would ask for a room up high as the night time noise can be a bit loud. Leicester square is fabulous.

Will definitely be back!”
This was my fourth visit to London and we decided to stay somewhere different and oh boy, it does not disappoint. From the moment we got off the Taxi, the Bellman was right there assisting with everything, ensuring that we didn't have to struggle with our heavy luggage. We stayed at the Junior Suite with the view of Leicester Square for 4 nights. The room was spacious for 3 Adults and was very well lit. Even located at a place that is bustling with people, noise was never an issue. The bathroom itself was spacious with a fantastic standing shower which I never wanted to leave. The in-room amenities such as Nespresso, bottled water and coffee and tea, were replenished daily. Located right at Leicester Square, the hotel is a perfect location to get around London by foot. This is definitely the hotel of my choice whenever I'm back in London. Thank you to all the excellent staffs for making it a fantastic stay!

Fantastic location, wonderful staff”
The location was as good as it could be right in the heart of Leicester Square. We got to Chinatown and Soho in less than 2 minutes which were just up the street. Other than the location, the best feature about the hotel is its concierge service. What pampering! Each time we came out of the lift in the morning we were asked if we need a taxi to be called, our tickets to Lion King were booked a week ahead, our airport transfers were organised painlessly and smoothly. When we ventured out on foot, we were given idiot-proof directions. And the toiletries were generous and luxurious. I have already recommended this hotel to friends who are planning to travel to London.

Fantastic location”
Right in Leicester Square so a lot on your door step. 2 mins walk from the tube so you can get around anywhere. About 4 mins walk from Trafalgar Square and 5/6mins from Admiralty arch (The Mall) which leads to Buckingham Palace. Staff were very friendly and helpful especially the door man who gave us great tips. Hotel was very clean and cleaning lady was always around if you needed anything. Loads of places to eat around, the bar and restaurant in the hotel were busy but we didn’t eat there. With soho being so close there is a lot of options for food and a few drinks. Room and kind of small but you expect that in London. It was still a very comfortable room and bathroom/shower was good too. If you’re there for a few days and want a night in to chill or something just walk out outside to the cinema. They are all on the square. The Odeon (Dolby screen) is amazing. I’d go back here again.

Great location. Great staff. Very nice, but cramped quarters”
The Hampshire is very conveniently located for almost anything. Easy access to the tube and many museums and sights, as well as all the theaters. The staff was consistently helpful in every way. Can't say enough about Alex and the entire concierge staff. The room had good air conditioning and an super comfortable bed. It was just tiny. No room to put things away or to open more than one suitcase. Desk was accessible only by sidling around the bed. The lobby and fitness room are also very small and tight. It was an expensive choice, but I have no regrets at all.

Great location which met our expectations”
having stayed in london previously, we wanted to stay in a central location, close to public transport, the theatre district, trafalgar square and shopping and be of good quality with good size rooms. this hotel did not disappoint and ticked all the boxes for us. the staff were courteous and extremely helpful and as we arrived early and our room wasn't ready, they offered to store our bags for us until it was ready. the room was large and comfortable, very quiet and clean. the only criticism was the air-conditioning didn't seem to be very cool and the room stayed quite warm, other than this our stay was wonderful. we would definitely stay here again.

Excellent”
The Hotel experience is one of friendly staff who are engaging and helpful. The location is very convenient being on the corner of Leicester Square enabling guests to walk out and enjoy the vibe of the west end. The rooms could do with a little uplift though it didn't affect my enjoyable stay

Weekend on the town”
The location of the hotel is fabulous. It is easy walking distance to lots of London landmarks and the night-life is great. Lots of nearby pubs and restaurants and the hotel restaurant is great too. Nice cosy bar and lovely and helpful staff.
