Staff training”
Cannot fault the hotel the room or the lovely receptionist we had at check-in but for the bar staff absolutely rude ,with no people skills or manners, hopefully by the time I stay again the staff will have improved and we'll not have to submit a disappointing review

Excellent”
Check in was easy, staff were friendly. Lobby and dining area were tastefully decorated, staff were very friendly and helpful. Carpet on bedroom landing was old and worn, my mum tripped on a lose piece of carpet while entering the lift. The room was cosy and quiet. The bathroom was spotless clean. Overall we had a lovely stay thanks to the excellent customer service and tasty food and drinks however it was expensive for a small room and the landing areas are old, worn and dated.

My personal experience in Belfast ”
The hotel location is nice, near to center about 10 minutes walk. Staff are amazing extra friendly, Dagma and Yasmin were the friendliest in the kitchen staff! They really made us feel like we’re home. Regarding facilities no pool in the hotel otherwise ok. Regarding cleanliness, we did not see any dirt or mold it was clean, however I’m asthmatic and the carpets triggered my asthma, probably could be related to trapped mites. Their breakfast is delicious and nice. The price was a bit high at around 180£ per night with breakfast for a double room. Otherwise, this is a nice hotel and I’d recommend it to friends.

Irish eyes were smiling”
The Radisson Blu Belfast is in an ideal location on the fringe of the city, close to St George's Market. It's a quiet haven and only a 10 minute stroll into the heart of Belfast and the Titanic Quarter and not much further if you set out for Queens University and the Botanical Gardens. I can't fault the hotel at all, it was modern, clean what was expected, but, the Radisson Blu Belfast has the friendliest, most helpful reception staff encountered on many a city break. The score of three was given for food dining as there is no NA column (we ate out)

Grown Family Tours Ireland”
After gale-force winds and rain on the Giant's Causeway, we needed a bit of comfort. That's what we found at the Radisson Blu Belfast. Staff facilitated tickets for a bus tour of the city, and called cabs when needed. And the location was great for our adult kids to do some late-night rambling, after we oldsters had retired to our comfortable bed.

Friday one night stay”
Went to Belfast for one night, had top floor room with view over city, parking handy as we left car parked all day Sat even though we checked out at 12pm, staff helpful with city bus sightseeing tickets and directions to M1 going home

Ok but not spectacular ”
Room was nice and big. We had two adjacent rooms and the staff had opened the connecting door for us so it became like a small apartment, very nice. Breakfast was great. Location is convenient, close enough to city center and restaurants to just walk. Staff was great. Only flaw, a big one for me, was no gym. That's something I expect in a Radisson.

Well run hotel”
Good all round radisson. Well run hotel. Only 7 min walk to city centre. Good breakfast. Only things missing which normally are on buffet were yogurt and fried/poached eggs ,but maybe you could request them. No water in my room, normally upon entering room at raddisons,2 bottles of still water are complimentary.
