No Bidet for Deluxe Room stay”
No Bidet for toilet use and small bathroom. It's hard to use the comfort room without it☺️. We stayed at their Deluxe room. The mirror is in the bathroom area only so you have to wait for your turn if someone is in it. Shower water pressure is great, clean and spotless in the whole area. Employees are all friendly and helpful. The Elevators are all busy, you need to be patient a bit because the other elevator is under maintenance, only 2 elevators are working. The hotel is very busy during my stay (Christmas vacation). When you book a room make sure with breakfast included because Ala Carte is a bit high price but yes yummy. Food has huge selections during Christmas Eve, you won’t regret what you paid for it 😄 Easy access to Hann’s hotel group. They have a big swimming pool. Gym is complete enough for your body exercise. They have Golf-Course with prestige access

First time for us to go. I was worried because sometimes kid friendly places are a hit or miss. I saw a review that said it was kid friendly and nice so I booked us for 2 nights. My 8 & 12 yr old boys were very happy! Clean amenities, clean facilities, very friendly and very helpful staff!!! The in house dining was excellent!!! So many buffet stations to choose from - it was a great staycation treat for us. My 30yr old sister also enjoyed the pool time with my 2 boys. My boys enjoyed the pool and the foaming machine that sprayed foam onto them. :-) Travelling with kids and luggage - I truly appreciated the bell service for our luggage transfer and the valet parking. Was smooth and hassle free. I was so happy to see so many other families with children of all ages there, and to see them cater to kids needs as well. Hotel room wasn’t too big - but it was enough for us! 2 double beds and an extra bed. Ample space for the 2 rooms with 3 adults and 2 kids. I forgot to mention the beautiful park right next to the hotel. Lovely!! Would I recommend it - definitely.

“A Decline in Standards but Exceptional Staff Service””
We’ve stayed at Quest a few times before, and our experiences were always positive. The hotel, though recently renovated, has been well-maintained, which we appreciated. However, during this stay, we noticed a decline in certain aspects of their service. Upon entering our room, we realized there were only two bath towels provided, unlike previous visits where both face and bath towels were readily available. To make matters worse, the towels had a noticeable insecticide smell, and the bed sheets didn’t carry the fresh, clean scent we were accustomed to. We requested housekeeping to replace the towels and change the bed sheets. Coincidentally, the housekeeper arrived as we were about to leave the room. During our conversation, he openly mentioned there was a shortage of towels, which was disappointing to hear. At breakfast, we noticed the dining area floor was slippery, making everyone tread cautiously while getting their food—a humorous yet concerning sight. Additionally, the variety of food was not as extensive as we remembered from past visits. It’s unfortunate to see a hotel we once frequented with great satisfaction take a step back in these areas. That said, one highlight remains: the staff. They were incredibly accommodating and helpful, going out of their way to assist us. Kudos to the team for their hospitality—it truly made a difference. We hope the management addresses these issues soon, as Quest has always been a hotel we held in high regard.

The hotel is not new but it is clean and quiet. It has a swimming pool and gym. and a scenic elevator. There is a breakfast buffet available with a variety of choices. Also, there is a park nearby with Christmas lights/decor and ample parking space. Most of the staff are pleasant and accommodating specially the room service, and restaurant staff and the concierge. Our stay would have been more pleasant except for: 1) the elevators which were rather slow. One elevator was also out of order making the wait longer. 2) the male restroom in the first floor beside the elevators stank even if you use it at various times of the day. The foul smell permeated the restroom 3) We stayed for 3 nights for a conference and on our last day our conference was scheduled to finish at 12 noon. I asked for a late checkout, even just an hour extension, so I could finish the conference before checking out but I was told by 2 front desk staff that the hotel was full and we needed to check out at 11 AM and that our request could not be granted and that they could do nothing about it. I find the statement that the hotel was full hard to believe considering that: 1) The restaurants are at most less than full, even during breakfast; 2) The swimming pool has less than 5 guests at any given point in time. Our room has a pool view and we would go back to our room several times in a day. 3). The parking space is also less than half full 4) The hotel lobby is quiet most of the time, there are no guests milling around. 5) I did not see any guest using the gym I just hope that the hotel admin/front desk would be more considerate!!!

It was our 2nd time staying at Quest Hotel. What I love about this hotel is the room - clean, comfortable bed, and complete room amenities. The staff's service is always exceptional! The only thing that did not fully satisfy is their food quality. We ordered breakfast platter and Kapampangan Pork Sisig for brunch. The breakfast plate was okay, but the sisig was served with all fat, oily and no meat at all. We're used to eating sisig, and this was just very unappetizing (and unhealthy) to eat. We raised this to the manager and they graciously offered to change our order. So I'm still giving it 5 stars for their good service!
