Goa 2020 at Quality Inn Ocean Palms ”
Friendly staff, well maintained rooms and property. Well thought indoor games. Clean swimming pool, quality breakfast, close to beach and market. Hiring of bikes and vehicle super easy. Special events arranged in evening with live music, event manager and guest involvement was great experience for all age group. Ms. Sheetal at front desk is very kind and helpful, she knows her job well and makes guests feel super friendly. Small things to remember is after room was made they kept small note on a leaf "Good Night", my son loved that, a memorable experience. Quality experience at affordable price at Ocean Palms.

This is my second stay in this hotel. The beach is 5 minutes walk from the hotel.Since the crowd was less there were ample parking space. Because of Covid they moved the restaurant to ground floor.The staff is supportive.Property is old but neat.Pool is not open due to Covid restrictions. Overall - value for money.

Ocean Palms, Goa is a very nice + neat + modern design hotel. Its a new constructions so it has its advantages in terms of overall looks and design. Coming to the rooms, the superior / delux are spacious enough for a small family, and executive ones are ones with balcony and pool side view. ( Do mention in you email to the hotel that what kind of room do you require, after your booking is done ) Room has all the sufficient luxuries that a good 4 star hotel must have, but yes they lack minor in terms of bathroom construction. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, my mother required a wheelchair as she had problem in walking, so they really helped us by providing one. another scope of improvement could be in north Indian food.. My overall experience with the hotel was greatt... Its close to calangute beach..

Exceptional”
Stay at Oceans Palms was good , it's nice & decent hotel , Good part of the hotel it's close to Calangute beach & market around , You can walk across to beach in 7 Min . My stay was at superior room , it was neat & clean .Very Cooperative Staff & reception . Only thing i was tricked by Agoda website , while navigating thru Ocean palms rooms & rates on agoda , they had given higher rates to superior room & than Ocean palm pool view rooms , Assuming Superior rooms would be better as the rates were high , But ideally Superior rooms are smaller than Pool view rooms , I had booked superior room only to find superior room was small than pool view room , At the Hotel got to know the Pool View rooms are expensive than superior room .

Relaxing and comfortable. The staff went out of their way to accommodate any request. The bed was comfortable, the rooms were clean and spacious. I would definitely stay at Ocean Palms Goa again.

Lovely Hotel and Very Nice rooms”
I did this Hotel booking online. I reviewed many Hotels and it took lot of time to select this Hotel and I was curious to know whether the Hotel will be good or not. Finally when I reached to this Hotel and I entered my room, I felt relaxed. I was really Happy after seeing my room. My room was Palm Room type and it was excellent. When in Goa I seen many Hotels and I think this is the one of the very good Hotels in Goa. If you need very nice rooms this hotel is the right choice.

Clean, good-sized rooms but not the best location.”
we had requested for airport transfer upon booking but this was not acknowledged by the hotel. even when we called prior to our arrival, the hotel said there would be no airport transfer, and that was that. despite the bad start, the hotel proved to be a pretty pleasant place to stay in. the receptionists are always polite, the room was spacious and clean, and hot water was supplied reliably. getting out and around was expensive because we always had to take a taxi - the hotel was not in the main calangute/baga area where you can walk out into the thick of the beach action. ocean palms is at least a 10-minute drive away from the main stretch of calangute.

Good place to stay in Goa. Very centrally located. Lose to all the main party places and concourse the beaches. Good and helpful staff. Things to be improved according to me... Bathrooms need a partition for wet and dry area, pronto. Little more beautification in the rooms. The suite room looks pretty empty. Room service has to be quicker. House keeping needs to attend to the calls faster. Over all I will give 8 out of 10 for this property. Well just started.....so a long way to go. Keep up the good job. Best of luck.

Liked the hotel very much..as we searched many hotels near calangute but it was something great as interms of luxury and price both with always smilling staff...hotels had a decent area with good big decent rooms so loved it.....

Good location”
I would rate this hotel as an average one. I liked its location as it was like in central part of Goa, so the distance to every needed place to see was quite short (~6-10KM to all the places of interest). The beach was also in a walking distance from the hotel (7 min. walk). From the cons of the hotel amenities I would mention the lack of wi-fi in rooms, IMHO a 4 star hotel must provide free wi-fi in rooms also. There was no permanent hairdryer in rooms, so you had to ask for it all the time, and there were cases when all the hairdryers were taken so you had to wait for it for a long time. We also had one unpleasant incident with the hotel. We have asked for airport pickup service from the hotel but we had flight delay for 2 hours and wrote to the hotel about it right after we learnt it. But actually the hotel staff didn't read our mail and we had to come to the hotel on our own. The taxi driver didn't wait for us. But what was the most annoying thing is that the hotel wanted to charge us for the service that was not provided to us (and the hotel taxi rates were twice high than the airport taxis). So after 3 hours of communication with the hotel management, they agreed that we don't need to pay for that service. Except the cons mentioned above, everything was good. The staff was friendly, rooms were clean, buffet was good.

Amazing and Refreshing”
The resort is awesome with all necessary amenities. Go for it. I highly recommend this to other travellers. The location is good, food is simply awesome. Best choice. The Calangute (~3.5km), Candolim(2.5km), Baga (~3.5km) beaches are the nearest beaches from this property.

The location of this resort was awesome.(located in middle of calangute and candolim) My kids had a wonderful time and the staff were polite and helpful.. Overall i had a peaceful stay here for 4 nights and will definitely recommend others to stay here.

Comfortable Stay @ affordable price thru Agoda”
I travelled with my wife and a 1.5 year old daughter. Had a comfortable stay @ the hotel. Breakfast was really good. The hotel is closer to beach (about 10 mins walk) and 5 mins walk from a supermarket. The rental bike store is just outside the hotel and that really helped me save a lot of money on local taxis. If you plan to stay in North Goa, this is a perfect 'value for money' hotel to stay

New Hotel with Modern Amenities”
most hotels in goa are old with old fittings. this is a spanking new hotel with everything new and shiny. the tv's are flat screen lcd's, the bathroom has nice and clean fittings. everything works! the pool is very nice. the water is incredibly clean! one of the cleanest pool i have seen. the room service is slow and the food is not really good. they have some strange rules like they don't provide you with a bottle opener. if you ask for one the waiter comes with one but cannot leave it behind. also they do not allow any guests to come up to your room!! which is really very bothersome!

Casual attitude and slow service staff”
Staff seems to be casual and laidback attitude probably this is typical in all overall Goa. Pool and indoor games is good. Restaurant food is good but service is dead slow most time you have to wait for 10-15min for next refill of food item. You may find live counter faster at times. Car parking is limited and somehow managed by hotel. Overall Hotel property is squeezed to fit maximum rooms than any ascetic value Be alert for room view I find something fishy in allocating it.
