This hotel locates near several restaurants for locals so it would fit best for those food explorer. Staffs are nice, fast and responsive to solve problem without English. The hotel still needs some renovation after a pandemic.

Great value and location. The staff were welcoming and friendly. Cleanliness was somewhat lacking which is made more noticeable because of the older facilities but it is still a superb value for the price. The wifi was spotty in our room but strong poolside and really, who can complain about having to sit poolside to access wifi!

Great value for the money. Fabulous location, close to night market, supermarket and the beach. Only 20 minutes by taxi from the airport. The staff are welcoming and friendly. Older facilities and the upkeep is somewhat lacking but a great bargain still.

+ cheaper than western youth hostels. Large room with strong wi-fi, helpful staff, pool, close to MacDonalds😀 - pool area run down , We sleot there to catch fast boat to Nusa Penida which was ideal, not the Hotel for holiday.

The location is good to spent a night before catching ferry to Nusa Islands. The room thought wasn't clean but The bed was good enought for sleeping.. The feeling was a little pit like a spending a night in abandoned place.

aside from the wifi, which was generally too weak a signal to make it to the furthest rooms (including mine), otherwise the place was great! quiet, relaxing... just far enough removed from the tourist crowds to be nice without being inconvenient. an enjoyable place

Staff didn't speak much english, but we got along. The room itself was nice, but the bathroom was terrible! Luckily the cleaners cleaned it a bit more for us, but still it was very dirty and the shower was like a garden hose, terrible... The pool was ok, there were many tiles missing from the bottom of the pool... The hotel could be very nice, if they would take care of it better and hotel also need some repair. The price was ok.

*BED BUGS*”
Horrible night, haven’t slept almost at all! Got bitten by bed bugs all over my body. Had to go to reception in the middle of the night for a fresh set of bedding, which haven’t helped much as the mattress was infested with the bugs. In the morning when I was checking out one of the staff members apologised to me for the inconvenience thank and offered a free stay if I wanted to extend but I was done with that place!!!

Unfortunatelly the staff didn't speak english, the boss didn't mind to come over, the rooms were dirty and we weren't even told where the breakfast would be (had to find out everything by ourselves).
