Great value- comfort and great service”
I arrived In Yogyakarta at another hotel. It was awful. After a couple hours of frustration I found this place on Agoda and booked it. I took a meter taxi near by, and walked around. It is hard to find. If you go past normal business hours it will be very tough. The night security did not speak any English and could not direct me over the phone. He also couldn't check me in properly once I found it. But after 15 minutes I was set. Probably the most comfortable bed in Indo so far. Acceptable wifi, very hot water, and amazing customer service. For $13 it was a steal. I stayed three nights. Since I checked in so late I slept in. When I woke up, Yusuf offered to show me around. I didn't go to those stupid temples at something like 250k rupiah a pop. Yusuf showed me all the local food. Over the course of two days (maybe 13 hours) we tasted and tried over 30 plates of food. All the local specialties. He drove the motorbike and I helped look up places on my google maps. He helped me find local made bathtub Arrack, buy mangosteens... I wanted for nothing. Yogyakarta is a great relaxing little spot and was a delight after the hustle and bustle of Jakarta. Stay here, rent a motorbike, and enjoy!

My first stay in this puri and its impressions are good. The price is very cheap but the services are not that cheap. The staff is very friendly, the room is clean, and they gave me a good services. Definitely will stay here on my next trip.

the guesthouse is located in a neighborhood near Tamansari and also Alun - Alun Kidul. Lot of foods around that you can reach by walking, they also connected to a motorbike rents so easy for you to get one, and what i love the most is the vibes.. so relaxing.

We stayed four nights in one of the enormous soft beds. Rooms have no windows to the outside, but are well-ventilated by the a/c units, and give a great night's sleep. The location might be a bit remote from things if you don't have a motorbike or other transport, but it was nice to be away from busy Marlioboro street. A cute neighborhood to wander in; we heard a quartet rehearsing classical music one evening a few blocks from the hotel. Staff is helpful, eg: they let me do my laundry using the machine on the roof that they do the linens in.

the guest house is really comfortable, nice bed just like 5 star bed, room clean and their staff are really helpfull. breakfast is good and all the peoples there are very nice. would love to coming back to this hotel for my future visit in Jogjakarta

Hommy place to stay”
If you look for a hotel because of the price, this one is Your choice. Location is in the middle of people housing. Need to go far to get food or public transportation. So if you do not have your owh transportation, you would be difficult to go out from hotel. Hotel is difficult to find. No sign board nor exact map. You have to ask many people to find it out. The room is spacious, the hotel designed as a hommie place, you will feel like at home. Not many room available, makes you feel comfort. Quite and relax.

Dissapointed by this hotel”
I was a solo traveler and have booked for this guesthouse for two days, It was a long weekend and quite difficult to book the accomodation. I have experienced something unpleasant with the guesthouse. The location was inside a local housing, and in my case the taxy driver didnt know the location, so definitely I need to open the maps and guide the taxy driver. When I arrived at guesthouse, I was greeted by friendly staff, but later he told me that there was an overbooking and they forgot to tell Agoda that on the 2nd day the accomodation is already fulled. So they told me that they would transfer me to another hotel on the second day. What..???, I was quite surprised and frankly this is my first experience to have thing like this.Why they didnt tell me in fist place about this, I have confirmed to them two days before my departure, and they didnt tell me anything. They told me that they would transfer me to another hotel, but for me this is not a matter of finding another accomodation, what if the hotel is not suited me, it's getting farther than the city center?, what if the hotel rate was below the hotel that I choosed..?. And the biggest part is that it ruined my itinerary. I have to wait for my belonging the next day and waited to be transferred because for security reasons, I didnt want to leave my belonging and just went even though they said thay were willing to guard my stuffs, But that willingness absolutely didnt gain my trust as they also easily has changed my hotel without notifying me first. I was really dissapointed. And i hopethis thing will not happen to other customers/guesses

fantastic little hotel, beautiful rooms, very large area in rooms with a Couch and flat screen tv, vanity area and bathroom, queen sized bed. Staff ever helpful and always willing to assist with anything. Will stay again

It's a small Hostel nice and clean. The staff is very friendlly. They have a small and confortabel livingroom where you can watch TV. Whater is free. If you stay at this place,you have to try the Restaurant Mediterranea. The salad an the meat Arme delicious!

Good price and our room was ok even though no window. The staff (mostly teenagers..) was not very friendly and quite noisy in the evening watching tv and in the morning speaking very loud. Breakfast was catastrophic. However good location close to very nice restaurants and in a nice family area.

We stayed for 4 nights. The bed was incredibly comfortable, everything was clean and nicely appointed, and breakfast was great and different every morning. Downside, it advertised wifi but it was broken for our entire stay. The staff didn't speak much English so we couldn't get an answer to our questions.
