Good location but not a great room (one night stay)”
Only stayed one night, but the room was a little disappointing. Very small room, A/C was ineffective, bathroom was not very clean, and the bathroom sink did not drain (gross). The location is great for sightseeing in central Yogyakarta. The breakfast was pretty good.

Smart room and kind staff ”
Pros: almost brand new building with compact rooms that have comfy bed, satellite tv, decent wifi and new /clean bathroom. Also free breakfast with Javanese home cooking that was superb, plus staff was super friendly! Location is super easy for walking around alun-alun area. Cons: Rooms are quite compact with no outside windows - so a bit dark and quite damp but ok since aircon worked well, also our bathroom suffered from random sewage smell - also avoid the large laundry place across the street - made that mistake & our small bag of clothes cost a small fortune (they charge from 6k to 12k per item )

A great guest house at strategic location a stone throw away from the Keraton.”
My husband & I are from Medan and stayed there on Fri-Sun when we're on business in Yogya. The guest house provided early check in & late check out when asked. The location is about 5 minutes from Alun-alun Kidul (south of the Keraton). The room & bathroom were modern in design & spotlessly clean. Its AC was working great. Its king-size bed with the good springbed & comfy pillows were wonderful after a full day of work. We loved the rain shower head with its good-pressure hot/cold water. The cable tv was nice as I could still catch my fav shows. The breakfast was nice although we didn't sample it much as we tried to get some local breakfast as much as possible. We'll definitely stay here in the future if possible.

great place in the center of jogja”
good value for money. it is 2 minutes walking to alun alun kidul, 20 minutes walking to malioboro, 20 minutes walking to prawirotaman street. room is good for 2 people. it also comes with indonesian breakfast, free coffee/tea and toast. they did offer late check in but depends on the room situation. the only prob was the water pressure for shower was low.

the location is near alun alun, not in the crowd area and not much to see at night but it is east to find some local food near around in the morning. good and clean bed, they gave 4 pillows each room but they dont have twin bed room, all rooms is double bed size. very quite but I have a pleasant stay here.

The staff were very helpful, the receptionist even lend us his motorcycle for free. The food was also very nice, everyday we ate with happy tummy. Wifi is so so. Room is a bit small, but most of the time, we stayed outside exploring Jogja. Very near to some attractions, so a bonus for that.

El sitio estaba muy limpio. Está muy cerca del kraton pero un poco lejos de la zona de Malioboro street que es la zona comercial y de restaurantes. El personal muy amable pero no hablaban ingles. Un lugar adecuado si quieres estar cerca del kraton y alejado del bullicio.
