Great”
The hotel has a resort-like environment in a quieter location than those along the main beach. The rooms and outdoor spaces are large of a good standard. The location is a little further from most of the restaurants and bars in Sanur but it's convenient to the northern end of the beach and the main road to Denpasar.

Nice location spot for a good price”
The location which near Sanur beach is perfect because you can just walk there in a short time. The staff are friendly and helpful. I can see a stain like coffee in my blanket and pillow which I think is a hard to clean stain. The pool is cool and the environment is nice which can tell me that I am in Bali.

Best cheaper hotel I have been to in Sanur over past month! I live in ubud, but am always going down”
to Denpasar to do what I have to do, mostly admin stuff, banks, shopping etc. I like to stay in sanur becauise of all the Tourist Beach locations near Denpasar, it is the Quietest, Much quieter than Legian, Kuta, Seminyak, Canggu etc....so I like to saty overnight in Sanur. Most of the Cheaper Hotels, in Sanur, on Agoda, are NOT clean, run down, and need work, but PURI DALEM was the exception!! The Management really cares about what their Clients think of the Hoptel, there was even a 'Report Form ' to fill in, in the Room, to let the Management know if anything was broken and needed doing!!! In Indonesia, this is RARE! Usually, the Management of cheaper Hotels, here, do NOT car a Damn, about the quality of service they provide, as long as they are getting money from their rooms, thats all they care about!!!! The Staff were friendly... the Hotel well maintained, and the Room was CLEAN, much cleaner than most of the hotels in this category, and the lights worked, nothing was broken.....

AC worked really well. Bathroom needed renovation Close to the beach but you must cross very busy intersection, quite dangerous. Breakfast buffet was minimal and not great.

Poorly maintained - needs renovation”
I guess the hotel has seen better days. The room was dirty, un clean, linen was stinking, no lights, air conditioning was faulty. It is big complex but the maintenance is very poor. The rooms was also dusty. Bed side lamps were not working. I only stayed a night and will never be back. They also didnt have bfast included with the price. Staff was fine. I dont blame them and they were kind. The management needs to step up.

A comfort room with green beautiful view around”
puri dalem is a green and cozy hotel. in it, you can find a large bed room room plus aliving room in front of it. so if you want to spend a lot of time in your hotel, you won't get bored because you can spend your time enjoving the room or you can take a walk outside your room to have a nice view of green garden dan a pool. the garden is well designed, makes you feel comfortable with the green view and sound of birds. the swimming pool is ok, although somehow it is too small and shallow. you will get a good service also from the hotel staff. so if you want a vacation in a good tropic enviromentally designed hotel, then puri dalem is a good choice.

Cozy hotel with friendly personel”
I have stayed in Puri Dalem hotel with my parents who have been visiting me in Indonesia. We shared double room with extra bed, the extra bed was comfortable, no doubt about that. The set up of the hotel is very nice, plenty of flowers and trees surrounding 2 swimming pools and restaurant. The accommodation is provided in form of small villas. In overall, fair enough value for money, pleasant stay, friendly personnel. Can recommend it.

we stayed only one night on our way to nusa lembongan, but puri dalem sanur hotel met our expectations and needs. there was only appr. 500 m to public boat pier to nusa lembongan where we headed. the staff was very friendly and helpful and eventhough our visit was short i was pleased.

My room was a standalone chalet unit. Its toilet is a bit run-down but functional. Aircon is cold. Water heater works. We had a lovely stay here. There are better chalets with better garden at other hotels, but Puri Dalem is good enough since we are mostly outside the hotel during daytime. There is 2 swimming pools, one next to restaurant, another at inner section which is surrounded by newer single storey chalets. Both pools are nice and clean. Restaurant breakfast buffet is simpl. You can request for omelette, fried egg, bacons & hams from the kitchen as these are available for free but are not served on the buffet spread. Taste of food is just passable. Lobby area doesn't have aircon (not that I am complaining).

It's my second time in Puri Dalem Hotel and I like it very much. It's not in the centre but close enough with very polite and professional staff , clean with two nice swimming pools . I'll always recommend this place to my all friends and hope to come back again.

The Hotel Puri Dalem Sanur is very handy to restaurants and also the beach and boat to Nusa Lembongan Island and The Gilli Islands. The hotel has a very nice restaurant and pool area. The rooms are very spacious and although the hotel is on a busy road the rooms are very quiet.The gardens and staff are also lovely. We enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful and nice staff”
The hotel was clean staff are nice, but the hotel a bit old and mosquito. The location not far from the beach around 5-10 mn by walk. The one thing made me upset first arrived there. On one from Puri Dalem pick me up at airport and I called to hotel and they said "They havn't get any information from Agency" coz I alrd sent airport transportation requested and I sent mail to confirm but not respond me anymore. So, I'm not sure who is misunderstand or mayb we loss info.

A happy place to stay”
we had a very pleasant stay at puri dalem. at first we were given a room with a broken air conditioner, however we were then moved to another (better!) room. the gardens and pools are lovely and the restaurant was pretty good. (the staff there were excellent with my toddler while i was eating). the only thing the restaurant could improve was the breakfast- quite basic and almost exactly the same each day (and very cold toast). it was easy to organise a driver to anywhere from reception. it's only a 10 minute walk to sanur beach- but if you have a pram or stroller the footpath is a death trap! so take a car instead.

I have stayed here before in 2011, and i had forgotten how relaxing this little hotel really is. The setting is nice the pools are great and the staff are friendly and helpful. The free shuttle to their sister hotel at Sanur Beach is a option as it allows you to wonder the shops and the beach at that part of central Sanur. Puri Dalem is at the 'end' of sanur but its very good value for the low price you pay for the rooms. Breakfast is ample.

Worth it !”
The staff are very friendly and offered us welcome drinks when we arrived. The brought us to each room we booked patiently. The location is perfect and just nearby the Sanur jetty to nusa lembongan. There is a mini market just right opposite of this hotel. The whole area of this hotel is quite big and they have 2 clean swimming pools. The daily necessaries are all provided, more than enough. The whole area of hotel is clean and relaxing.

Comfortable older style hotel close to Sanur ”
Our two night stay as a family was very pleasant, making use of the pools set in pleasant garden surroundings which were peaceful even though the hotel is very close to the main Sanur by-pass road. The location is not in the main Sanur restaurant strip even though the Agoda map indicated it would be. However with our own hire car this was not a problem. This is an older style Indonesian hotel, not modernised, but adequately comfortable. Housekeeping promptly attended to a non-functioning light bulb. The restaurant served good Indonesian food. I recommend the hotel to those travelling around and about Bali, but it is a bit far to walk to the beach and café strip. Pool and garden area is very relaxing.

Lovely Gardens + Great Food”
Unfortunately we did not gel with Sanur so we stayed the night and then went to Seminyak which we much prefered. Our room was ok'ish. TV didn't work, bathroom was old and shabby so i didnt shower ( i can do old and shabby and half dirty but this bathroom creeped me out). Kettle looked filthy on the inside. Bed was comfy, air con worked. Pool was GREAT! we all used it. My 15 yr old and 11 yr old sons lived in the pool which was directly out side our room. I'm sure if you upgrade from standard to a better room you'd probably find that this hotel is actually quite nice?? Service was fab, staff were fab, gardens were lovely, food tasted great. This hotel was overall a bit more pricey than what we'd been paying and didnt include b'fast and the bathroom was crapolla but overall it was ok. I over heard a German couple who were staying in the bungalows say that they love this hotel and come back every 2 years ... so if you can afford it, up grade your room.
