The room while looking old makes you feel comfortable. All the amenities are there. Hotel is in the best location. The Greenbelt shopping centre is just across the street! And once you get to Greenbelt, you can go to the other shopping centres like Landmark, Glorrietta and SM without going on the road. For breakfast, there is a Subway next to the hotel.

I had a great stay. Room is clean and spacious. Staff is well-mannered and accommodating. Great location, just a walking distance to Greenbelt and Glorietta. Just outside the hotel, there's the fastfood Subway and 7 Eleven should you need food, toiletries and other stuff. Wifi is fast so that is a plus! Good value for its price!

I love the place. Its very close malls, restos, park for the kids and a few minutes away from the Airport. It may not look new but its still good knowing the price and they have very good service and approachable attendants. My family loved it and were planning to stay again next month. Great value for money!

Just what I needed*”
Well, I needed a place close to Greenbelt (it was just right beside it/across the street) Affordable(cheapest, closest to Greenbelt that was a hotel) And I also like old hotels for nostalgia, I'm not really one for very modern brightly lit hotels that make me feel like I'm making it dirty just by standing there. hehe. Check in was fast and smooth, room was what I paid for, there was also a balcony I can use for smoking.

The location was really great, there are plenty of choices to eat since it's near to shopping centres. Also, the room is very spacious, and complete with the things that you need - you can cook in their stove, heat food in microwave and store food since you have a medium sized fridge.

Prince plaza 11 is located in the Makati CBD and near to the Greenbelt restaurants and Glorietta shopping centre. It si generally the safest area I Manila as well. Prince Plaza 11 provides everything I need and has the most pleasant and friendly staff I have met. It's now the hotel of choice for my wife and myself. It's convenient clean, and comfortable. All that we ever need and very economical. All 10 Starsfromme.

My partner and I had a great time at this hotel. My request for a large bed was granted. Our room was spacious & spotless and all amenities are great. We particularly enjoyed the rooftop pool. The location is very near to the malls and there are also nearby convenience stores. The elevator seems a bit aged, but good speed-wise. We would definitely book here again!

It was my second time staying at Prince Plaza II Condotel, I had a great time with both bookings and planning to book again. The staff, including the receptionist, housekeeping staff, and security personnel, were friendly and polite. Location-wise, everything is accessible, it is like a 3-minute walk from Greenbelt and includes Cafes and other food establishments.

Love everything about the Condotel”
At first, I was a bit disappointed in the room I was checked-in. The AC-unit was not working well and the TV. However, the staff was very accommodating about my concerns and transferred me to a larger room. It has a couch, dining area, kitchen and the bedroom was enclosed. I love the size of the bathroom too! The location is like at the center of Makati. It's walking distance to the malls and it's very near to the office of our agency (7 mins ride). You can book a Grab car right away. And food delivery wouldn't take that long since there's a lot of restaurants and food chains surrounding the condotel. I highly recommend this place! I will definitely book again.

Very close to greenbelt and glorieta. SM and ayala mrt station are just few minutes away by walking. When my children went to manila i booked them there bec i know it's a very safe place for them to stay. Will always stay there.
