Exceptional”
I can't say enough good things about this hotel. It was clean and chic and the staff was beyond helpful. It's nice and quiet and in a safe neighborhood. The staff was so helpful and I intend to stay here anytime I come back to Casablanca!

Overpriced hotel”
When I arrived they initially could not find my reservation. After that I was given a room on the last ninth floor with no towels, no working wi-if and only one hanger in the wardrobe. Towels appeared later while hangers not. Internet started to work on the third day of my four day stay. The room was kept clean by the furniture was dated and the shower was broken - leaked water. Finally in the morning of the day when I departed all two elevators broke and it took me a quarter of hour to just physically get out of the hotel - I nearly missed my train from Casa Voyagers.

Location of hotel is good but the actual setting and furniture are completely different from pictures shown on the booking page. It's rather old and not clean at all.

Water leaking from the ceiling, the manager lied alleging it was the AC. He did not offer a discount for our inconvenience. The room dirty. Breakfast substandard. NO wifi. Please do not waste your money!

No minibar, fairly dirty hotel and looks like it’s crumbling. Credit where credit is due, the staff are friendly. Otherwise, the hotel overall could be more aptly described as a hostel.

Prix de la nuit un peu cher personnel pas très agréable assez sec chambre avec des cheveux dans le lit un insecte mort devant la porte d entrée et les toilettes et douche qui laisse à désirer..seul point positif des places devant l hotel pour se garer

Albergo spacciato per 4 stelle che ne vale 2 scarse. Aria condizionata mai funzionante in tutte le camere potute provare. pareti ammuffite , niente frigobar , asciugamani dell'ante guerra . Stanze abbastanza sporche. Di positivo soltanto la locazione e discretamente il prezzo anche se non paragonabile ad altri impianti. Se non si pretende molto , ok.
