its one the best in juffair. Rooms are very spacious and neat. I would recommend this to everyone, if you want have a great stay with affordable price go for this.

Although we had trouble finding the place due to the change of name, the stay was good. Staff were accommodating and friendly. Hope kitchen supplies (pans and cookware) will be complete. Overall, the place is recommended.

The place is so spacious, in good location and well maintained. The hotel needs to improve their Wifi because it cannot reach inside the bedroom, and internet is so important for the travelers.

the apartment was nice, the rooms are good, and the beds too, the equipment in the kitchens are also good, staff are helpful, my kids enjoyed the swimming pool, the only need improvement in the apartment are, kitchen tools like knife, forks cooking pan etc. are missing or in bad condition.

we stayed in this apartment for 5 night, it is nice and clean, the staff are helpful the only comments we have since this is self-catering apartments, tools in the kitchen need to be avilable and in good condition.

The room was nice and good for family. There is also playarea for children and a massage. Equipped with kitchen utensils however some of it are rusty already. We were just disappointed with their service. The night we checkedin, we requested for extra towel and blanket, we called them 4x before they sent it, and it took like 4hrs. Same thing the next day, we requested for change of towels, but it NEVER came.

Bed Bugs and Drainage blockage”
The drainage system was blocked and I called the receptionist and he was so polite and friendly and said he will send someone to fix the problem, I waited for 15 minutes without anyone coming and then called again and the receptionist was surprised that no one showed up still and he apologized and said he will contact the room service team. I waited for 15 minutes more and called for the third time and after that the guy showed up and saw the floor is flooded with water and he opened the cover of the drainage and said it will be okay now and he left. I came back to take a shower and the same problem occurred, and the sewage smell took over the place and I called him again and asked for someone to mope the floor because of the sewage water. He took the hanging towel and started mopping the floor with it and left and said " Now its okay, no water on the floor " Very disappointed for their hygiene level and services. Not to mention the bed bugs, Awful :(

big issue with curtains and they failed to fixed, the sunlight was on TV and during night we turned in living room and in bed room as well.
