Stay with a beautiful senary Rooms and surrounding were clean and well maintained. The only negative thing is ,cottage rooms have interconnecting door .. Staffs are very friendly.. We had noise from that room. After informing reception the problem got solved. Other than that we had a great stay at praihna..

Everything was absolutely fine except they were hurrying for check out, they were calling and annoying since 10:30am for check out, there is a private beach type area were we can do sea swimming, perfect for sunset. cottage which we stayed had excellent view towards beach, I would definitely recommend some courteous staff at desk

Great Location but Services found wanting”
Prainha has a great location with the best views from the cottages, but it is not leveraging it in their guest service. Firstly, the cottage that we stayed at had cobwebs from the ceiling and the floors were sticky. I had to ask the housekeeping to clean it again. Due to floors being sticky, I requested bathroom slippers, but the front desk staff bluntly said no, since it was not part of our room tariff. If customer service is your priority, then they should have provided the slippers. Unfortunately, this left a bad impression with us and we wouldn't stay here again. I recommend this resort just because of it's location.

Standard rooms are below average”
The hotel is divided into 2 blocks, standard rooms comes with only garden view, they do not have a refrigerator or hair dryer, some of tham have a tiny balcony, it is not worth the exorbitant price. Our first room was damp, so damp that the floors were wet therefore we switched rooms.

Worst hotel service I have ever received”
Hotel staff is very rude specially the hotel manager, whenever you will ask for any service and give them call for the same, no one will honour,even water bottle is chargeable,ice cubes are chargeable,lift is not there,mini bar is not there, best room are also full of ants, and above all worst service and worst staff

Check out time was 10 AM in which hotel there is checkout time is 10 Am?I got a call from front office at 8 AM and asked for checkout as soon as possible and the breakfast was pathetic I give 0 rating to this hotel.
