Cheap hotel with good breakfast and garden”
the room is very standard enough clean but more improve on the balcony and bathroom because still much dust and ant in the bathroom and balcony also the pool for children is a little dirty we should clean by our self first before use the swimming pool. But overall the service is good, staff is polite and helpful,breakfast is nice and the surrounding especially the garden is good so when we compare with the money stay in PP University is worth enough. and the last this thing the position is very near from Taman wisata matahari. Absolutely will come back again in next holiday.. For short

this place was strategic , near to a lot of pace like Cimory mountain view m The Ranch , TWM ( Taman Wisata Matahari) etc. you can come to that place by walking , The breakfast was good with many variant and delicious . The facility in the room also good like the AC, TV Chanel ) except the water heater , It was working in the night but can not produce warm water in the morning . The staff served with smile and honest , feel bleassed and respect . the wimming pool is small but we can use it for playing with kids . we also can learn from the library , there were many engineering book also , English book for learing , Overall this place is highly recomended family or vacation with limited budget , thank you Agoda and PP University

I was surprised when I booked this place. The price is cheaper than other, room was big and clean, the staff were very friendly. And the location is very near to The Ranch Puncak. Definitely will stay here again.

Overall was good. the hotel is just across The Ranch and a walking distance to Taman Wisata Matahari . Breakfast delicious, room clean, but the garden and pool not quite cleanly maintained, although not too dirty too. Price sometimes are just too high, but once they have discounted price then may book

Good for a room with cheap rates”
I am a little dissapointed at the cleanliness, there are a lot of stain that hard to remove in the room (in floor and blanket) also the floor need to be cleaned more. Not a very soundproof hotel, I can hear someone snoring from others rooms and the noise come from jet pump also loud in my room. Water heater not working at the morning (probably because people already used it a lot so I left with cold water only), but working well in the night before. Wifi is weak. Big room, there are a lot of space between the bed. the bed is good, pillow does not stink. the air conditioner works well, breakfast really delicious. Well it is good for a room with price 250k/night.

baru check in di hotel sekitar jam 7 malem, pas nyampe hotelnya terkesan spooky tapi langsung ilang begitu disambut senyum ramah front officenya. Begitu sampe kamar kesan pertama : waahh gede juga yaa kamarnyaa, cuma sayang ada bbrp spot di dinding dan kamar mandi yang agak usang. Breakfastnya menunya cukup variatif dan enak untuk ukuran hotel bintang 3, makanannya gak buru2 diangkat walopun udh abis jam breakfastnya. hotelnya luas banyak rumput buat anak lari2 overall oke hotelnya def. will come back to this hotel

Only a few steps walking to MATAHARI and THE RANCH. Many food stalls and restaurant surrounded, Pool is not clean, many leaves, breakfast is a bunch and tasty. No playground for children, but there are tricycle (becak) free to ride on. Bed s are comfortable, rooms are clean, newly renovated i guess, bathroom is small and basic but clean, AC is super cold for such room size. And weather is chill and fresh tho not located on the peak of mountain. Location right on the main road. Staffs are friendly

Bang for buck”
While this is not really a hotel (hence the name), we found it quite good for the price (218k weekday). The beds are quite large. Amenities, tv, etc are adequate for our short stay. Too bad the hot water wasn't working. But overall, we quite enjoy the quick stay.

Stay for 4 nights. Nice rooms with balcony. Towel & toiletries available. Hot water available for shower. Wi fi so so. Every day make up room tanpa diminta. Lack of breakfast menu. Should to make more variations. Suitable place for relaxing. Close enought from/to Jkt. Note: Not recommend for disable, since there's no elevators service. Should going up/down stairs to reach rooms. Not recommend for Standard Rooms. It's far enough from main entrance. Also bedroom & bathroom a little bit smaller than deluxe. Better up grade cost to take Deluxe rooms. 😊
