I stayed here for 3 nights at Deluxe Room for holidays break. The room was clean, tidy & neat. The check in process quiet quick, they need deposit IDR 50,000 if we asked for extra room key. I love their hot water, their bed and also the pillow. The room very spacious. The breakfast just okay, for me if we stayed more than 2 days, it will be a bit bored. But their staff at resto very helpful, shout out to Pak Adi.

Great place to stay in Jogja”
The staff are polite and helpful. There was a problem with AC on the first night but the staff was very quick to respond and the problem was solved within an hour. The room was clean, including the bathroom. Even the bathroom in the lobby was clean and spacious, comfortable enough to change clothes and wash face when we arrived early in the morning. Breakfast was simple but satisfying for a 3-star hotel. The infinity pool on the top floor was great, we could see Merapi clearly from there. The jacuzzi was nice, the staff even changed the water when we used it.

I was stayed at Porta 2 days before Eid, and the price still reasonable (maybe way cheaper than others). I thought the room will be just like other budget hotel with very limited space especially between TV and edge of the bed. But turns out the space quite big! I brought my 20mo kid who loooves to run, and room space is matters most for us. Breakfast is Ok, the restaurant cozy and very clean. We were in the fasting month, and they being very nice to allow us to take our sahoor instead of breakfast. The hotel also well design, nice carpet covered along the aisle of every accomodation floor. The pool might not big, but enough for me and my kid playing around and swim. They also have spa and jacuzzi at the top. Not forget to mentioned the service, they might not a 5 star hotel, but the service is so great. I will come back again and recommend this hotel to my friends that looking for simple yet very comfy hotel, 100%! :)

Great stay”
I really enjoy my stay here, extended for another night with the different room type so this review is only applicable for the Premier Twin Room. The room was spacious and well designed, bed was comfortable. The hotel facilities were great also. The only downside was when you stay in one of the connecting room, you can hear everything from the other side of your room, it can be quite troublesome especially if you’re a light sleeper and your neighbour’s child was crying all the time. Just giving you a heads up there :)

Hotel worth staying,affordable,room spacious with nice interior decor, bed comfortable.Nearby to Malioboro as well. Breakfast many varieties to choose from and tasteful.Staffs well kept appearance and polite and helpful.Only setback was the slower wi-fi connection at pool deck lounge.The rest of stay was SUPERB.

I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking comfort stay but away from Jogja's busy area. It's still relatively close to the city center (Malioboro) but definitely not in walking distance. (-) Parking space is very limited. They will most likely take your car to a different parking area outside the hotel. Unfortunately our car was covered with bird's poo in the second day, fortunately the valet officer willing to clean up all the dirt before we check out. Always check your roof before leaving the hotel :)

The food in this hotel are delicious, especially pizza, sop iga, and kopi susu. The staff are friendly and helpful. The parking space is limited..so we need to ask for staff's help. The brightness in the room is enough and the special thing is the pillow in the room always make me sleep earlier..will come back for sure

Affordable Hotel with Nice Achitecture”
This hotel is super nice. Spacious room, complete amenities, nice design, love the bathroom, clean room, and very comfortable bed and pillow. I can stay a whole day in the room itself. Unfortunately I wanted to try their jacuzzi at 11th floor and I already confirmed with the receptionist but when I arrived there, somebody used the facility without confirmation to the receptionist. I think, the staff should mention to the guests about how to use the jacuzzi especially during this pandemic time. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at PORTA especially I got a good deal due to pandemic.
