The hotel is still considered in the central city. Only need around 15 minutes by car to Malioboro. The room is nice and cozy. It has a big parking lot. Drinks, snacks & meals are ready in the lobby, whenever you feel want to munch, just go to the lobby. The service are excellent, we forgot that we left a bag there, contacted them, apparently they keep it for us, helping us to pack it, then we just need to order for the delivery services, and we received our bag in 2 days. Thanks a lot for the help and services. It’s been a pleasure to stay there.

Comfortable place to stay”
Clean, quiet, comfortable, non-smoking room. Location was not so strategic. Staffs were friendly, they let me print a document. Facilities could be better, i.e. Air conditioner was average, no telephone in the room, window could not be opened, tv had no reception, dark emergecy stairs.

The flush didn’t work. No bottled mineral water was provided. To take the water, they provided a glass bottle and I needed to take the water outside (there was a gallon there). Plus the only tissue provided was only toilet tissue.

Not the best hotel but okay for short stay”
Our room’s hot water is not stable but at least we got hot water. Bed sheet has stain and kind of smelly. For short stay and transit seems okay but not recommended for more than 3 nights stay especially when you have young children.
