I stayed for 1 night to take my Ielts exam in IDP center which is near the hotel. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. My shirt needs ironing and they lend me one. Also when I look for a place nearby to have lunch they recommended a really good restaurant just a short walk to there. The room is clean and comfy with everything I need. OMG! It was a best experience ever given from the hospitality in Hanoi so far for me. The staff was super helpful, and so informative with a great heart of human being. The cleanliness was off the chart (beyond 5 stars). Every single time coming back in the room, all stuffs will be well organized, cleaned and on-point. Comfortable and clean, close to entertainment areas, schools, and markets, with reasonable prices. This is my second time staying here. However, the parking area needs improvement as it is too crowded and inconvenient to take the car out.

The room is clean, the staff is attentive, the facilities are not lacking in anything. Except the wifi is a bit difficult to connect. At this price, this is the best option without a doubt. Will be back in the near future.

In my last review titled Home away from Home, I neglected to mention we were on the 8th floor. They called it the penthouse. Well it is of sorts. It’s the top of the hotel section. The 9th and 10th floors are a private home. If you don’t have a reason to stay in Cao Giay you might not want to stay here. But the room size, safety, large bathroom , kitchen , friendly helpful staff made the daily commutes to other areas for exploring worth staying here. So we just expected to spend more for transportation since there’s no metro subways near. But after a long day of adventure it was relaxing to go to our home away from home.

Home away from Home”
The first time was unpleasant. The 2nd time. Much improved. If you want to enjoy the tub. Plan ahead. You need to fill it in increments as the hot water tank is quite small and the hot water runs out. It takes about 30-45 minutes to fill up the tub. Knowing this will allow for a more enjoyable bath. Besides that we really enjoyed staying here. The staff are very helpful . The cozy kitchen is convenient . The apartment is quite a distance from the old quarter. Around 140,000-250,000 for a grab car, but we enjoyed seeing a different kind of life in Cao Giay. Great restaurants. A side note, if you’re looking for mall time, skip the Vinhome malls. They’re actually geared for the tenants of the onsight condos. By far the best mall is way over in Long Bien district Aeon Mega Mall. We had a great time seeing local people in they’re own environment . Yes we would stay here again as we feel safe and at home.

The premise is well maintained. The staff are friendly and available 24/24. The location is near to a lot of restaurants and bars. However it is quiet and apart from main streets. I stayed in Delux room - large and comfortable.
