Has everything you need and nice pool”
A lovely place to stay, located around the corner to some really cool restaurants and bars. The pool and restaurant is great to come back to after a day of touring. The room was simple and has the basics of what you need. They didn't clean our room or change the sheets or towels during our stay. Another note is that we arrived from a night bus and although our room was ready when we arrived, they charged us around half the price of the room to check in early.

Amazing place in Phnom Penh”
Quite confused about the last few bad comments because we enjoyed it here. We stayed for 1 Night in a Double Bed Room on the second floor. Pros: Clean Room Nice and clean Pool (newly renovated). Friendly and helpful Staff. Good Food/Drinks. Near to Center, Market and Pubstreet. All in all its a chill place to stay for a good price. I would totally come back again 🤙

Poolside is an amazing hostel in PhnomPenh, all the staff are very friendly and talkative, food and beer is very cheap. Swimming pool is very clean and cool, my room was in the sharing room but there is nothing bad at all. For me as the old guest I fully recommend this place, 10/10.

It’s in the perfect location where there’s bars and food !! We ate here everyday the food was great and so cheap !! The staff were amazing and help you to book transport. There’s a great atmosphere in here with people by the pool and drinking

Relaxing place after long jorney”
Really nice and helpful staff. The vibe in the pool and bar area feels great and the location is also quite nice and central. Rooms were good, but should invest a little in fixing the shower, so it doesn't spray into all directions or fixing the Lid of the toilet cistern. Another plus is that the food at the bar is tasting good. Its cheap compared to the restaurants around and they got bunch of vegetarian options!

We stayed here a few days ago, all the staff are very friendly and talkative, beer is 1$, and food around 3$ to 4$ very cheap in the area. Bus is amazing 10$ to kompot, the room is super clean, I fully recommended this place.

Pleasantly surprised.”
I usually stay at slightly higher-end places when I top through Phnom Penh, but my go-to place was booked up. Poolside Villa came up as an option at a great rate, and thought I'd give it a go. I didn't have high expectations, but they exceeded all of them. I had a private room/bathroom, the AC worked well, and overall it was very clean and comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly (if you know a bit of Khmer, even better!), the coffee was good, and prices for food were reasonable. I would stay there again.

The rooms were nice for a very cheap price. There were a lot of staff and they were nice. The restaurant was good and the swimming pool was great to cool off during the blistering afternoon heat.

Super friendly staff, nice location but noisy”
Located at a bar street, it is not far from city center (Tuk tuk around 1.5 USD) Room and facilities are really old and very basic only, but staff are super friendly and nice. He let us stay at public area to wait for our bus and even offered me to shower before we left. Booking bus ticket here is same price as Giant Ibis website and they offer pick up service for day rides.

Clean, comfortable, friendly and quiet”
Poolside Villa was perfect for me! It was easy to walk here from the Royal Palace (even with my big backpack) and I received a lovely warm, informative welcome. The dorm was spacious and cool with an en-suite loo/ shower. Water refills are cheap. I didn’t eat but lots of people were and there was a friendly atmosphere. The pool is small but sparkling clean and I felt confident to leave my bag there after checkout while I was out and about.

Enjoyable Pool and Bar Setting”
Poolside Villa is a very comfortable and relaxing hostel. The highlight is the open bar and restaurant setting next to a nice salt-water pool. The food and drinks are very good. I stayed in a dorm room which was somewhat cramped and dark with a stale smell in the air. The beds, however, were very comfortable and the air conditioner worked great. The staff was awesome, always there to help in any way needed.

Nice place in Phnom Penh”
Pros: nice place, bed, bathroom, pool, bar, clean enough. Cons: none Like many reviews before: money is the first item. They come to claim the money before anything what gives a littlebit the feeling that they try to squeeze out as much money as possible. Not a problem for me. Everything that you need or want is possible here. Just ask the staff and they will organise it but again for a small fee. We took a late checkout and had to pay a few dollars which was totally worth it.

An oasis tucked away in a cool neighborhood of Phnom Penh”
Great little spot in a cool neighbourhood. The pool and chill out area is awesome, as is the food at the restaurant. Staff are friendly and the room was good for the price. Air con worked well and water pressure was good, the only negative for us was a slight smell coming from the drain in the bathroom.

Great private rooms”
We’ve stayed here twice now. Once in a private room and also in a dorm. Private room was LOVELY! Good air con, clean rooms, good shower. The dorm however was terrible!! No air con remote so it’s boiling hot. Beds are so close together. Toilet dirty and room very smelly. The hotel itself is great, including the pool and the food is really nice. Just don’t stay in the dorms!!
