"Hotel has a good location on Bypass road and quite central to most of the hotspots in Kendari. Small swimming pool, although few hotel in Kendari has swimming pools to begin with. Gym is ok, not enough equipments and can be crowded after work. Breakfast has a lot of selections, but quality so so. Room is ok, but again, better than most other hotels in Kendari."

On the way to seafood options beside the bay. Distant from shopping hubs and banks. Worth it. I've already panned Horison Hotel in Kendari, which is poor and terrible value for money. Clarion way way better."

"Located in city centre. Taxi stand in front of hotel. Atm next door. Food and mini market really close by. Visited 4 times now 2015, 2016 and 2017, but to be honest it doesnt improve. Service, food and facilities getting less each time. For the same money you can stay at 4 or 5 star hotels in kendari. But located in the centre is a big con. Half hour drive to airport and harbour."

"We stayed one night in this hotel, arriving late in the afternoon and checking out early in the morning. Actually very few english is spoken at the hotel, so brush up your Bahasa Indonesia to arrange a pickup at the airport. We got a huge deluxe room, clean and comfortable. There were no view but at night it's not such a mess. The generator was a bit noisy. In the morning we took a good indonesian breakfast and got a free transport to the airport. Overall we were happy with this stay at Wonua Monapa"
