- Tap water in Pico De Loro is NON-POTABLE. Please DO NOT DRINK the tap water!
- DO NOT WATER PLANTS WITH TAP WATER. Plants will die! Please water our plants with drinking water only.
- PLEASE CLEAN AS YOU GO.

Don’t leave any of your valuables unattended (Resort management/HOA/Unit owner/caretaker/staff will not be held responsible for any lost of stolen personal items or valuables) 4. Strictly NO SMOKING in the unit or in any premises of the complex(This includes E-Cigs/Vape). 5. Please observe Resort rules and guidelines at all times. Firearms, deadly weapons & Drugs are strictly prohibited anywhere in the complex. 6. Please observe energy conservation by turning off unused lights, TV, Aircon, Stove or any other electronic devices. 7. Please keep noise, music or parties at a minimum level, please be mindful of your neighbors. 8. Water conservation is considerably encouraged by making sure all faucets and showers are turned off completely. 9. Fifteen (15) Minutes before check-out time, Please ensure that the key to the unit is handed to our staff to allow us to assess the room. Damages or lost items will be charged accordingly. Please report immediately. 10. Do not leave any left-over food or perishable items in the refrigerator or anywhere in the unit. 11. Bring all your garbage outside the unit. “bang for the buck ”
place was nice, cozy and clean. they had a big air purifier which made the room feel neat and clean. loved the aesthetic of the place. they also had complete kitchen set and appliances so we were able to just cook food. the water dispenser was helpful because it also provided instant hot water. they had full water containers lined up already. something to take note of, they dont have cabinets or that much hanging provisions. so just make do with the ones in the bathroom or around the living area. overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and will be coming back.

“Hidden Gem”
Right from the start, the unit owner was accommodating and made sure everything we needed was ready before we arrived. The place was clean and well taken care of. The design and layout were well thought out, making it both cozy and practical. If you’re planning to cook during your stay, HabiSpace has all the kitchen essentials you’ll need. The unit owner and Ate Reah were always easy to reach and helpful with any requests or questions. Overall, it’s a wonderful place to stay and worth the price!

“Highly Recommended ”
We had an amazing stay in this condo unit. It was impeccably clean, modern, and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. We appreciate the convenience of having a fully equipped and functional kitchen, which allowed us to prepare and store our own meal. The condo's location within Pico De Loro was perfect - just a short walk to the beach, pool, and restaurants. Our host, Sir Riley and attendant Ms Rhea was extremely responsive and helpful, ensuring our stay was seamless from check-in to check-out. I highly recommend this stylish condo to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway in Nasugbu. We’ll definitely come back in this place.

“Comfortable place to relax and unwind”
Good for 3 people. Just enough space and comfortable to relax and unwind over the weekend. My only comment which can be addressed is the nice smell of the room (probably linen or fabric conditioner or handwash, I don't know) that was way toooo strong. As I am allergic to very strong smell of perfume, I couldn't sleep until I covered my head with the sarong I brought with me. Its chemical so best if you tone down what's used. Bring your own towel as there is none provided. If you easily feel cold in an air conditioned room and your roomies wouldn't want to up the temp, bring a linen (kumot) so you can feel more comfortable. The Aircon's air directly hits the bed and I could not make it swing the other side. But in all, we enjoyed our stay because of the many places we can visit inside Pico de Loro.
