First time staying in hotel during pandemic”
I was excited yet nervous at the same time cause it was my first time to stay in hotel with two of my toodlers. I always keep in mind to do research before I stay so yeah I keep comparing this hotel with others too before finally i made my decision to stay at Pesona Alam. I’m glad that I choose this hotel cause to be honest with the price that i paid and the facilities plus incl breakfast that i got everything is so worth it. I must say that the room is still new and the most important is clean also there’s a lot of kids activities eventho during my stay the place was quite packed but their health protocol is great. They inform the time for each floor to do breakfast. So make sure you came at the exact time and they limit us one hour to eat our breakfast. There’s a lot of various option meal that you can grab and their pastry is the best for me the dough so fluffy!!! I havent try their spa yet but next time if i comeback i will make sure to book their spa. Totally recommend this place to everyone that I know. Keep the good work Pesona Alam (:

Very nice and well maintained property situated on a hill with large areas of pine forest and a small lake and river. The terrain makes jogging around the area more enjoyable. Maybe a hotel with the best panoramic views of mountains and hills in Puncak. Rooms with balcony are clean, bathroom amenities are good, and the beds and bedsheets are nice and very clean. An extra pillow is a standard. Additionally, this is one of very few hotels that provides bolsters besides pillows! The breakfast buffet serves good varieties, and the coffee is not bad at all... cappuchino and latte are also available.

Great service! I was welcomed warmly, tasty welcome drink, polite and helpful staffs. The room was tidy and clean with a nice terrace. Tried the jogging track, it gave a nice morning work out. Perhaps the only negative is the relatively dark parking lot. It was safe though, i forgot and left my cellphone on my car’s dashboard and nothing happened lol. I did not take it because of the darkness. It certainly was a pleasant stay and it looks better than in the internet. I will come back here again!

The service and staff here were great. Our villa was clean and our kids loved the pool not to mention the other things like the playground, petting zoo and other things. The hotel grounds are very beautiful and the mountains are amazing. We were also thankful it was a quick drive to Taman Safari. The breakfast and restaurant were a bit expensive for what we got, but the Lake House Restaurant was more reasonable pieces and delicious. We will back for sure! :)

Best Hotel in Puncak”
I would consider Pesonal Alam as a best hotel in puncak compare to others within the range of Cisarua to Cipanas. This is due to location near Taman Safari and a lot of nearby restaurant such as Bumi Aki / Nini. Very Good Facility even within the premise so you can enjoy your time in the hotel alone even just for a day quick refresh in puncak. Very Good View and Breeze Mountain wind. So overall good package for family and I can see some new facilities and room option will be offered in near future. Hopefully same or better level of services will be there.

Family weekend before Ramadhan”
This is our third time stay in Pesona Alam Resort & Spa. Our kids really love to stay at this hotel. The room, the views, the pool, the sports and games facilities, the breakfast and the surroundings like “The Lake House” restaurant will complete our stay here. Staying 1 night in deluxe corner view room (upgraded from deluxe mountain view, thanks! :) Good option for those looking to just stay in the room and enjoying mountain view. Spacious balcony. The place also have diverse facilities for kids: pool, playground, badminton, mini golf, petting farm. Good distance from Taman safari, and road access is good. Recommended :)

Food with Banyan is marvelous”
Although check-in time required some time (They could improve. I believe. They failed because there was an events / company events at the same time I was arrived) but overall the service was awesome. Especially if you had time to do dinner, at the Banyan Restaurant. Swimming pool, kidz zone. I missed the Forest though ;(*. But surely I'll visit again, for sure.

Me and lots of my colleague were stay for business meeting. I had room on the corner with spacious balcony The room itself quite small and clean. Bath room was clean. I kinda like breakfast time.plenty of choices. And eating with a view is a plus. Lunch menu and dinner menu...mmm lunch is better for me. The ballroom was huge,clean and sound system works well. swimming pool faces mountain.refreshing. if u bring family...they will enjoy it. Overall...recommend the place. The hotel staff also friendly.but looks tired during weekend (crowded) For me...staying in this hotel, Business and relaxing... in 1 place. Bravo team

Nice stay at Pesona Alam. Cleanliness still well maintained, however the hotel TV seems so small now compare to other hotels with same level with Pesona Alam. Breakfast also still good. Spacious villa, modern furnitures, friendly staffs, free mini bar, and complete kitchen set. TV in every room, warm swimming pool for children, delicious foods at the restaurant. Definitely will come back again. The only cons was the weird entrance because I had to circle around the villa to open the front door to unlock the back door that connect to the parking lot.

Ok..pesona alam is the best hotel in Puncak. The facilities..especially the swimming pool..it has warm water..which is so good for my daughter 'cz Puncak is so cold in the morning. Breakfast is good..many choices.. Will definitely comeback here..
