    There was a large discount when I booked the hotel. There is a jeepney route that passes along the street of the hotel, making it very accessible for public transport.

    Great if you are on tight budget”

    The rates are very low so ideal if you are on a budget. The hotel was located in a long narrow one way road with lots of houses, I almost thought the hotel did not exist. Also please take note that there is no available parking on the property. Paid parking nearby does not always accommodate customers. Almost had trouble when we checked in because we cannot park anywhere. Good thing one of their staff, sir raymark allowed us to park on the open space in front. I kindly asked them to let me park there because we have nowhere to go and we will also check out early morning. Staff were really helpful. Thank you! Great if you are not travelling with a car and looking for a cheap place to stay.

    Couple Traveller”

    If you are looking for a budget friendly hotel, this will definitely yours. Location is very acceible to the city. You just need to get here early as sometime checking in will take time. We arrived at exactly 2PM but we're able to get the room around 3PM. The place has rooftop dining and bar where you can chill at night.

    This hotel gives us one of the worst experience. The reviews were fake! 1. We arrived at the hotel at around 1:30 since our checkin time was 2:00pm when we arrive many guests are also waiting to be checkin. They gave us a room at around 3:30 pm. Even though we informed them several times that we have an event to attend to, basically we arrive late at our event since they checked us in late. 2. There are no ready towels when we arrived at our room we went back 2x to the front desk to have our towels which they never give. I have to go to the laundry myself to get us a towel. Additionaly, there are no free water bottles as advertised so we have to buy our own water. 3. The AC and the shower were both broken. 4. The area was not safe and there are no security guards at the lobby. 5. Very poor customer service. We never expect something big given its cheap price but the experience was truly unacceptable. As a customer who pays we expect a good service atleast but didn’t get it obviously.
