Went here with my family, we have 4 kids with us. We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment, it was very spacious, clean, complete with kitchenware you will need to prep a meal. I love it! We saved money cooking our dinner and breakfast. What I don’t like is their pool area it was small. Good thing is the Hotel is near the park and mall so the kids really enjoyed our stay here. Definitely coming back!

It's New Year and it should be hectic and peak but the staff bent over backwards for us to make sure we don't stress too much on booking. They were great. The facilities are clean and great. Very nice and relaxing place to stay. The front desk especially Ms. Canela made it possible for our stay to be more relaxing when she finds it possible for us to have a very nice comfortable room with view which I am very particular during my stay in a hotels, even though the hotel residences is fully booked at that time of my stay. The one bedroom deluxe is big and clean, very comfortable, find it easy to relax. Everything is there if you will stay for a long period of time. Housekeeping staff are very efficient and works professionally. All the staff, are very warm and welcome us with a smile. The breakfast buffet is good but will be happy if they add more choices, but food is good, we also had our lunch in Bistro del Cielo, their restaurant on the 18th floor. Overall the Parque España residence hotel is a nice place to stay for awhile away from home. Kudos to this place. Thumbs up.

If you want a hotel that is not too restrictive, has enough space for your preference or to accommodate visitors - then Parque España is for you. It's basically like a house - with a functioning kitchen, dining area, living area, and bedroom/s. It's not immaculate - but it has it's own charm. The rooms are clean, the staff is very accommodating and polite, plus I love the fact that we can bring food and not forced to buy their food. Breakfast buffet can improve, though. But overall, this will always be my go-to hotel for staycations.

Would like to say Thank You to the Reservation Team, Frontdesk Team and the rest of the staff for always approving our request and providing us good assistance. In all our reservation here at Parque I think the room they provided us on this booking is the 3rd nicest, newest, coolest room we have stayed, thank you. The room is renovated, nice furnitures, it looks very clean, classy. We really enjoyed the room and the view of Laguna de Bay. However, theres a slight cons the toilet is not that strong (but acceptable) and the noisy of the construction, you can loudly hear what there doing, evening and early morning, we want to sleep but their too noisy.

Dispite of the current situation that everyone's experiencing right now, covid-19, Parque Espana Residences never fails to give/provide good quality of service. Health Protocools Guidelines has been implemented at Parque Espana for the Safety of their Guest and Emplooyees. The room is very clean and well sanitized. We been here many times, we always want to stay here at Parque Espana, because the place makes you feel relaxed, warm, has a nice furniture, good location and all you need is just nearby, Malls, Food, etc few walks away. It also has a nice view of the city. And its a Pet Friendly. All the staff are very accommodating and friendly. Thank you.

I stayed in Parque España’s spacious 2 bedroom apartment for 3 nights with my 2 grown children and it was amazing! I would say it’s the best value for your money compared with nearby hotels. Bistro del Cielo located on the rooftop offers good food at prices that won’t break your wallet. It’s also where you would get your buffet breakfast, where all guests look forward to seeing “kuya” cook your omelette the way you want it.

I stayed in Parque España for the required quarantine when returning to the Philippines. This place is amazing! I’ve stayed in other hotels that gave me cabin fever, but Parque España’s rooms are so big and spacious. They provide you with everything you’d need for your quarantine. I stay at this hotel everytime I have to stay in Manila as a quarantine requirement. I stayed for 6D5N and everyday was a superb stay. Staff was very helpful and nice.
