Amazing room with bathtub and Balcony with a view. Amazing Staff taking care of Housekeeping and Food. Good spread in Breakfast but starts repeating in 3 days. Great Location. Near to many major places in Goa. Silent when you need it ,but you could be near the crowd in 10 minutes.

Although property is massive with beautiful rooms and amenities, it lacks the welcoming feeling once u enter the property. Lack of vallet parking, with the reason being driver didn't turn up was unacceptable for a such a huge property. Need some improvement on Human resource front.

Checking in was a mess. No crowd control. No orderly system. Long wait. Room aircon not working, needed cleaning of dirty filter. Best experience was at the restaurant with exceptional helpful service and food food.

If you go through agent they treat entirely had requested for little early check in atleast by 12 30 bcz or small kid. They did not give. They completely ignore if your going through any agent. Room cleaning was not done next day and had to call them to clean at evening. Completely dissatisfied with the service of hotel. We booked only bcz it’s a five star. Not worth it.
