Nice hotel & great location”
PROS :Staff was nice and helpful. Room was super clean and spacious enough for two large luggage. Breakfast is standard. Lift is a plus for building in the UK! The hotel is near to the tube station 1-2mins walk only. There are shops/restaurants/pubs nearby as well. CONS :We got a problem with a keycard. We couldn’t get in to our room a couple times which annoyed me after a long day. The staff said the keycard need to be kept separately to the mobile phone.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The room was clean with good size (not too small). Staff were friendly and helpful, particular a gentleman staff - he helped me with my baggage without expecting for a tip. Good location. Just 2 minutes walking to tube station. Would definitely stay there again.

Photos are not true to actual booking. Reserved a classic room with queen bed but was given a single bed that looked like a dorm room. Bad experience.

The location was GREAT! The some staff was snooty, some staff was very kind and helpful. ”
They put us in a room in the basement that was under a conference room or bar and so until 2am the noise of moving tables and chairs was awful. There was mold in the bathroom shower all along the wall, but the room seemed clean.

Rowdy Guests in adjoining room”
We booked 2 rooms, 1 for our older children and 1 for parents. We were put in a room with an adjoining door which would make sense to allocate this to our children , however they were allocated a room on the next floor which was far better than ours for it had bed side tables, separate wardrobe and space for a suitcase. We had the noisiest, party group next to us this carried due to the adjoining door. Reception came up and asked them to turn the music off, which they did, however they continued to drink talk loudly etc which was so annoying. Room was tiny no space to put a suitcase, bed sank in the center and the bed side table was a wardrobe so you were very closed in. Awful room No. 219 avoid this one. Only positive was the location, however there are many other hotels to chose from that are located close by. Breakfast was basic, I just had a bowl of muesli , the cooked food was budget style.

Would never stay/recommend this property”
We had more than a week stay in this property- the service levels as well the attitude of the majority of staff, including the manager, is below par. The hotel operates on 1 Star standards. To list few issues:- 1. The room shown in the booking and one given was completely different - the given room was as tiny as the room under the staircase 2. Inspite of putting sign to clean the room on door thrice during stay returned to the room not being cleaned 3. The cleaning staff would forget to refill either the toiletries or tea bags and then if you ask for it in the evening - the staff would ask you to come down to collect it. 4. To upgrade from the tiny room to Suite they charge an absurdly high amount only to offer the above service level.

Enjoyable Stay at the Park International!”
My wife and I spent two weeks in London over the holidays (Christmas/New Year's) to celebrate our 10-year Anniversary. We booked the Chelsea Junior Suite at the Park International Hotel because we wanted enough space that it didn't feel we were climbing over each other in our room. We know how small hotel rooms in London can be and didn't want to be stuck in too small of a space for our two week vacation. The Junior Suite turned out to be an excellent choice for us. The room was large enough that we had room to stretch out and the amenities, including in-room tea and coffee setup, a very comfortable bed, and a wonderful high-water pressure large shower made our stay very enjoyable and the room was a place we could come back to after a long day out and relax in comfort. I can't say the Park International is first class but it's a clean and respectable establishment that provides good value. The free breakfast at the hotel is also very good. We would definitely stay here again!

Best value hotel in Kensington area”
having stayed in a number of hotels in the area while on business i wanted to find a suitable hotel for a trip with my wife. we had 4 delightful nights at the park international hotel. from the friendly welcome in at check-in to the large modern room our stay exceeded my expectations. we requested a room on a high floor at the back of the hotel and that is exactly what we received. the room was large by london standards with a modern bathroom, flat screen tv and in room safe. the breakfast (included in our room rate) was excellent and varied in choice. we will definitely be staying here on our next visit to london.

Value For Money”
We chose the apart International because of its good reviews in Agoda and we were very pleased with our stay. Ideally located for the Natural History Museum and Science Museum and very close to Gloucester Road tube station. From Gloucester Road tube station there is a direct link to Heathrow Airport terminals. Next time in London we will book at the Park International again. Our room was compact but sufficient for our needs and the buffet breakfast was excellent.

Terrific Stay”
I couldn't have been more happy with our stay at the Park International Hotel. The staff and facilities (including breakfast) were lovely and my standard room worked out perfectly for me. It was also within close walking distance to the Gloucester Station tube stop and an easy walk to Kensington Gardens.... For the price, I think it was an excellent deal!

Excellent services with good location”
This hotel is very easy to find , just about 2 mins walk from the Gluocester tube station. Just turn left ,walk straight ahead and you could see the large flat "Park Internation" in front of you! It's fabulous to have an upgrade of my room to Heritage type. The room is extremely clean and comfortable, nice decoration with curtain, bed cover and pictures totally match and give you a feeling of heritage! Reception staff is very very nice and helpful. I was impressed by a waitress's good service. She asked me if I would like to have tea or coffee immediately after I sat down in a table even it was located in a deep corner. In addition, i feel very much delighted with the help of a reception staff to move my baggage out when I left the hotel. Sightseeing is good as the Natural History museum , Victory & Albert museum is close. Harrods, Gap could be reached by 10-15 mins walk. Good and mice stay. I will recommend this hotel to my friends !

London Stay”
We enjoyed our stay very much in London and the Park international was first class, so close to the centre of london and an ideal base. Breakfast excellent, the only thing was our room was to the front of the hotel near the reception and it was a bit noisy when we arrived, but after that it was absolutely fine.

Exceptional”
This Hotel was such a pleasent experience. The staff is very sweet and helpful. The rooms were small but nice and was cleaned every day. If you worry about breakfast - don't. They serve both continental and english breakfast and you don't have to choose one or the other. It's located very close to everything. 5 min walk for Glouster Road Station where both the Central line, Circle Line and Piccadilly Line is. Så getting around is really easy. I would definitely visit Park International Hotel again.
