Park Inn by Radisson North EDSA was our chosen spot for our wedding prep and it was perfect! It was in the perfect spot at SM The Bloc! It was very clean, neat and the ambiance and decor was perfect! Just make sure to check with them about the extra fee for photo shoots in common areas like the pool and the lobby. They waived our fee because we booked 18 standard rooms overnight and 1 Junior Suite for 2 nights. There was an initial misunderstanding but the management at staff took care of it right away, kudos to Bea and her Supervisor for helping us sort it out! The staff especially the guy at the restaurant doing night shifts will go above and beyond to cater to customer needs, which we appreciated a lot salamat po :) Overall, we highly recommend this hotel and will definitely stay here again in the future ❤️

New Favorite Hotel”
This is our first time to check-in here to celebrate my son’s birthday. Short notice booking as this is not originally part of our birthday plan. We’re glad we try! Clean room, cozy bed, bathroom with necessities, I think the pool is heated because it’s warm - my boys enjoy swimming- not so cold even if it’s located on the 7th floor. Super friendly staff! Special mention to Ms Meek Meek - as we check-in I asked her if we can order cake and delivered it to our room - just a little surprise for my birthday boy - and yes she made it happen at no extra cost, thank you so much! Kudos also to Ms Maribel who assisted us during breakfast time. Our booking doesn’t include breakfast - planning to order ala carte only but Ms Maribel tour us first to the buffet area explained the pros and cons if we avail the buffet breakfast vs ala carte only (which is btw only 2 options are available at that time) . I’m so glad we availed the buffet breakfast! There’s kimchi, egg station - my eldest favorite, crispy bacon, waffles with different kinds of syrup, cereals, fresh milk - my youngest’s favorites. Happy that my picky eater kiddos enjoyed our breakfast, so grateful to Ms Maribel!

2nd time to book this hotel and I am very satisfied. Check in and check out was fast given that it was one day before Christmas. The staffs were very efficient. Welcome drinks were being offered. And there was a pachingko ball/raffle that gives prizes/offers to customers. The room was clean with free toiletries and bottles waters. It was adjacent to sm north edsa with a wide selection of restaurants and shopping. Overall I am very satisfied and highly recommends this hotel

Family of 4 Staycation for the kids”
We were greeted with a long line of people checking in. The front desk approached each of those in the line and assisted with a form that facilitates checking in while comfortably seated in the lobby. We were helped to our room and proceeded to prepare ourselves to swim. The pool area is in the same floor as the lobby. There were ample towels and the pools was not too crowded. The pool area is open from 7 AM to 10PM and our kids enjoyed their time swimming. We woke up at around 7 and proceeded to have breakfast. The selection is decent given the number size and stars of the hotel. The food was well prepared and the wait staff handled the number of guests well. After swimming until noon we opted for late checkout because we were really tired. We slept from 11 to 4 PM. We ordered in room dining and our food were delivered in our room. I believe it took 30 minutes give or take 15 minutes. I found the food was value for money but since there are options in the adjoining mall people may opt to eat at the mall most of the time. I believe this is the reason that the food was competitively priced. We checked out at exactly 6 PM and it took less than 5 minutes. We will be coming back again.

The room and facilities are clean. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. They are following healthy and safety protocols too. This is my 2nd time here. Location is very convenient just beside SM North EDSA. The staff are polite and helpful. Rooms are very clean. It's just that the room staff/housekeeping staff needs to check if there are still toiletries available especially the shampoo and conditioner.
