Lovely Place Palm Hotel in Malate Manila”
I truly enjoyed my time at Palm Hotel. I think you would too. This is my personal experience: a wonderful experience. It has all you need except a swimming pool. Its old, but clean and renovated and spotless. In addition, it is near Robinsons Manila, in case you have a date, it could not be more convenient ;) The staff is lovely, professional and helpful and respectful and friendly and polite. All of them. Not only reception and housekeeping staff. The only one not that great was one bell guy on my way to check out not helping with my luggage, but that is not a big deal really. Everything else, fantastic. The breakfast, delicious, although a bit pricey. But it is clean and the "beef tapa" was so yummy! The eggs were great too. At the time of check out, my bill was ready in blink of an eye. I recommend Palm Hotel (previously Palm Plaza and Palm Grove), to anyone who visits Manila, and I, myself, will return, most definitely. A place like Palm Hotel its not easy to find. But I have found it. Lucky me! :D

I highly recommend this hotel..it was very clean and staff are helpful. Despite being one of the old hotel in the area, it was very well maintained. Toilet and bath was renovated enjoyed my hot showers in the evenings. Special shout out to the cleaning staff. Never failed to make up the room every single day without having to request it. Supplies are restocked daily. Totally worth the price.

Locationwise, highly recommended. Great staff service starting from arrival at the hotel entrance. Room is not as modern as new hotels but anyways, the room is safe, clean and comfortable. The hotel is 10big steps away from Robinson’s mall. I booked a regular twin room which is in the 10th floor. Overall, it is great experience.

No issues, stayed at many place close by but this for the price is a no brainer. Only issue I had was the constantly leaking airconditioner which I just place a trash bin under to collect the water. Wifi, strong aircon, professional staff, will stay again for sure.

Arrived at 1230pm. Manager Alex let me checked in immediately. Room was reasonably big and comfortable. It’s also clean and tidy. Checked out was easy. Irish was courteous and cheerful. It made me easier to decide where to stay in the future..
