My stay at the Hotel Paku Mas was wonderful. The hotel is kept meticulously clean. The rooms are comfortable. The staff are outstanding in terms of their friendliness and readiness to help. The hotel is conveniently located between the airport and the centre of Yogyakarta. This means you can dip into the action and then find relaxing space when back at the hotel. It is also located within easy walking distance of a major shopping mall. Hotel Paku Mas is also very reasonably priced. Next time I visit Yogyakarta I wouldn't even consider looking for another hotel. I will go straight to Hotel Paku Mas!

The best hotel in Jogjakarta ”
I’m from Malaysia. I stayed for 3nights. Me and my friends really love the hotel concept. Friendly and helpful staff. Indonesia Traditional breakfast buffet super awesome and delicious. Our room located infront the swimming pool. The pool look nice and clean. We really enjoyed our stays in Paku Mas. I will highly recommended Paku Mas for Tourists who want to visit Jogjakarta.

The staff was friendly and the place clean too. Just one little suggestion: make the breakfast more variety of food. Don't increase the room rates. If I visit Jogja again I will stay at Paku Mas Hotel for sure. My family back home loved the pics of the hotel. The staff was prompt to fulfill our requests.

Underrated hotel”
Me and 3 more friends were on a trip to Yogya, so this hotel was perfect for us. We even changed from one room (and an extra bed) to 2 rooms for 4 people and it was no problem. The hotel was very clean, rooms spacious, also the pool was a great addition. There were not many people staying there, so it was also very peaceful. All in all a great value for money, would recommend it to everyone staying in Yogyakarta.

Comfortable large rooms, poor food”
Stayed at Paku Mas while attending a conference at a large hotel across the street, so the location was ideal. However, if visiting Yogya as a tourist, there are much better locations. The rooms were large, the pool looked very clean and the property was basic but well-kept and nice. This is a good hotel for a short stay.

Great location and friendly staff ”
Located near to the airport and city centre which really brought a huge convenience to us especially that we were on a tight schedule. Breakfast was prepared on a daily basis with a great variety of delicious local cuisine. The staff were really friendly and helpful in preparing some light breakfast for us in the early of the morning despite our check in was being delayed due to late check out by previous customers. Overall it was a pleasant stay and we definitely recommend this property to those who are looking for a comfortable stay in Yogyakarta!

unequivalent to the price!!”
I booked Taruntum bedroom for 8 nights, and i was very disappointing on my half journey. we are staying next to family with kids. unfortunately that they are making noise from 4am in the morning! me and my sisters who stayed in the next room can not have a decent sleep 4 nights in a row.not only the kids, but the parents making the noise too. they talk to loud. my disappointment is the hotel did nothing about this. after i filed the complaint and ask for another room plus demand to speak to the manager in charge, then the hotel try to look for another room for us. this is very unprofessional. i understand their policies of maintaining the reputation of family hotel, somehow they disregard another customer! another story in the new room, since we are moved from 2nd floor to 1st floor, the wifi somehow is not working. probably the way they installed the repeater for wifi is not sufficient to all room. after all it, maybe this is just not my luck with Paku Mas, when i try to extend the room for 1 night, and booked a new room for my parents, the receptionist seems to have different answer regarding the certainty of room availability. i had to explain over and over again with different receptionist for confirmation. what a mess, what really a mess!! but not always all bad, they have spacious room. the interior of the room is nice. less lighting tough. additional room would be very useful. the room is dark. the food is fine, the cleanliness is something i really appreciate here. plus they have pool too.

The hotel is ideal for people who wish to stay near the airport. It's about 5-6 KM from the actual city. They have a very pretty swimming pool, and a nice pool-side restaurant. The rooms are big, but a little dimly lit, which makes it very dull. And there are a few rooms that are on the 3rd floor, and they do not have an elevator. So, for people who don't want to stress themselves with climbing 3 tall floors, especially with your luggage, although the hotel staff will help you get your luggage to the top.

I spend a week in this hotel. Move from one room to another. Over all, with the rate given, I love this hotel. The room, the garden, the swimming pool, the breakfast, the friendly staffs (typical Javanese people) and the small praying room which is also accesible for non staying guest. There is a little tiny note for rooms at the second floor: sometimes you need to wait for the hot water (in the shower) to flow normally.

i like the deluxe family room, the room and bathroom was spacious, but the room floor was not clean enough. At night, sound of all vehicle from main road is loud enough in the room, so my baby and I couldn't sleep well. The breakfast was okay, so do the swimming pool. Overall, I like this hotel, maybe will stay there again, but in another room. Thankyou.

the ambiance, the service, the room, the pool, the breakfast - all perfect! ita 5 mins walk to a big mall. there's street food outside the hotel. and only the bathroom was sub par - the bath tub is a square tub used to contain water, not the rectangular bath tub for u to soak yourself in

Love the room size: big clean room, comfy beds with clean sheets, nice n clean bathroom with hot n cold water, nice cold fridge n got 4 bottles of coke complimentary from the hotel. Nice swimming pool. I booked really early from Agoda n got a good rate for 2 nights stay. Too bad the front office didn't allow us for late checkout at 13.00. Breakfast was standard, nothing special. But, we'll be back definitely.

My stay at Paky Mas is more than I expected, with the last minute booking with AGODA i was ready just to get a place to stay. But when we are check in.. eventough we got lose trying to locate the hotel, we are surprise that the hotel not just quite old, but its nicely maintain , and the public area incl parking space is good. Add that with an inviting looking swimming pool. Never guess this with the price i pay.

Cheap Hotel & WORTH to STAY in This HOTEL.Trust ME”
During my stay for Three Nights was Great, it is more than I expected as one star ratted hotel, the AIR CONDITION work well, the water clean and also the bath room, one thing that I want to suggest to the hotel management is the TV channel not really have an international channel and have a bad quality of picture. But Over ALL, i am more than satisfy.. I will come back here again if I wanna visit Jogjakarta and have a very LOW BUDGET...

Very nice hotel for family, with homey ambient”
The staff was so helpful, and the hotel's design is very suitable for family with kids. However the amenities is very minimum and no tea/coffee maker as standard in our room (Sido Luhur - which still mentioned by Agoda to have one). The bed cleanliness is questioning, as my kid got small rash while in contact with the uncovered bed area. Overall, we are pleased to stay in this hotel.

Good value for the price, but avoid a room near the pool. It starts getting very noisy from 7 am because of swimming children. In general the Hotel was quite noisy due to the guests. Get up early for breakfast, after 9am is not much left and not refilled. The staff was very helpful with booking flights.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable. However, the rooms are a little dated; I have stayed at hotels in the city with nicer looking rooms for a similar price. Still, with friendly staff, a pool, relatively large rooms and pretty good breakfast the hotel is worth the money.
