the hot water is broken, the wifi is in trouble, just get a glass of water (not a bottle of mineral water), bed is so dirty, so many stain, when I was ask to change to a new bed sheet, the receptionist say that the stain is permanent so they don't want to change it, many trash below the bed, I think they never clean the dirt under the bed

it's cheap, but..”
the bedsheet has bloodstains on it as well as pillow cases and the bed cover/blanket. Towel had dirty streaks on it - I decided to buy new one. Water heater not working. no fridge. spiderwebs on the ceiling. plus points are, it's relatively close to Pakuwon area, and Jl. Mayjen Soengkono. it's near to highway entrance/exit. price is ok, with additional IDR 10k/night you can have round-the-clock parking. parking lot is big even though you must walk about 150 m. if you're lucky you can park next to the building. overall, for a solo traveller, it's ok but hygiene must be improved. operational status of utilities also must be improved.
