Very good location. Walking distance to all ATMs you can imagine and also a big food street where you can find a restaurant for any kind of taste. Prime location, comfortable rooms, hot water, a/c, fast internet for a very cheap affordable price.

1 . Cleanliness so bad , cob web , dusty and bathroom so disgusting , tv not working , linen dirty , hair from previous guest still everywhere , toilet bowl cant flushing , Please imvroved all of those

The linen is dirty. There are some spot and it was smelly, like it wasn't washed yet. Location are good near many food stall and facilities, also pretty quite. There is a new rule that property doesn't provide mineral water and amenities to reduce the use of plastic, but came up with no sulition.

I choosed this place only because the location near to the place i need to be for some matters... When u look from the hotel page the room look so clean and tidy...but when i check in and open the door...i was like what!!!! 1. The floor was dusty 2. The curtain dirty n many marks 3. Window glass dirty 4. Tv cable messy 5. I move the bed near to the table and under the bed so gross like the never mop it!!!! 6. Toilet floor n wall and every corner of it so dirty, sink leaking 7. The most important thing the bed sheet and the blanket cover wasnt change!!!! I ask them to change it and they said it was new n just the marks n fade from the fabrics....really??? Like i didnt know the different between new n fresh sheet and the used one I regret to stay here eventho its cheap but its so dissapointing..because hospitaliy is about the cleanest, tiddiest and hygienics!!!!!

Staff is helpful. Location strategic, one of the lowest price hotel at gwalk area, d cleaniness can better, night chill and hang out at gwalk area is recommended when stay at surabaya.
