    Nice apartment nice staffs but not so clean”

    The apartment itself is amazing. Excellent views n very close to the university, transport link and plenty of food options/cafes nearby. Staffs were also friendly. However, the room really was not clean. The bed sheet hasn’t been changed when I arrived, although the staff kindly help to replace it with a new one (which was better but still not so clean). Dust everywhere in the room and TV was broken. Anyway, I think it was a good stay overall, the has great potentials to become good but really needs to be cleaned better!

    They said for late night parking will charge 150.000 IDR wow But because they can't give me receipt for that 150.000 IDR so I just need to pay 20.000 IDR for 12 hour parking. May be the apartment management building can discuss with the apartment owner about this case.

    Good place for a short trip”

    There's a lot of bugs in the bathroom and some in the bedroom. but other than that the place is comfortable, there's hot water and easy to access, the staff is friendly too.

    kronologis nya saya nyari penginapan yang dekat dengan UI untuk keperluan bisnis, makanya dicarilah apartemen yang murah dan lokasinya mudah dijangkau, tetapi pada kenyataannya saya menuju lokasi pada jam 5 sore hari yaitu di margonda residence 1 dan 2 untuk mengambil kunci tetapi malah di operkembali sama pengelola ke margonda residence 3,4 dan 5 yang lokasinya di dekat D'mall untuk proses Check in, saya jadi bingung mana sudah sore dan kondisi jalanan macet. saya coba nego dengan pengelolanya atau entahlah apalah namanya agar kunci di berikan di lokasi saya mau nginap biarlah saya yang menunggu. malah saya tetap disuruh ke D'Mall. akhirnya saya batalkan tanpa saya ambil kembali uang sewanya, akhirnya saya menginap di margo hotel. ini supaya jadi masukan buat Agoda atau pengelola OYO residence untuk membuka kantor atau apalah namya di lokasi yang akan disewakan. buat konsumen yang akan menginap di apartemen harus lebih hati-hati saja. dipastikan diawal bagaimana proses chek in nya

    Bagus untuk yang mau ujian di UI”

    Harga lumayan utk weekend, Kamar rapih , bersih , peralatan mandi lengkap.. handuk 2buah pasta gigi+sikat gigi sepasang, sabun+handbody..     Cek In Susah, Worst Oyo Ever”

    Kesal sudah booking 2 malam tapi tidak bisa cek in. Tidak ada front office, atau FO tidak 24 jam, seolah penginapan ilegal karena menurut petugas apartemen room di kompleks apartemen ini tidak untuk sewa harian atau jam-jaman. Bahkan security cenderung malas memberikan informasi. Contact person hotel yang diberikan oleh CS oyo selalu mereject panggilan saya. Tak sabar lagi menunggu kemunculan FO setelah berjam-jam akhirnya saya pindah ke Reddoorz yang resepsionisnya standby 24 jam.
