Maganda yung facilities, ang ganda ng pool sulit yung view sa pent House. accomodating yung staff esp sa inquiries and requests. Wala lang signal yung TV pero overall goods naman na. Nagenjoy kami sobra and will recommend this to my friends. Hopefully makabalik kami soon.

The location is good, there's a laundry and Lawson's within the premises,and the view at the penthouse is first class. Rooms are basic but clean and comfortable. However, the best thing about this place is how polite, friendly and helpful the staff are. Looking forward to book another stay in the future

Stayed for 5 days. Room was quite small but it is full of cabinets and hooks to easily organize stuff. Decent toilet. Great hotel ambiance with pool, gym, canteen and nearby food hubs. Friendly staff as well. Will recommend.

Check-in was smooth so as with check out. Convenient location. There are ATMs in the bldg, convenience store and vending machines. Place is safe, secured and quiet. With strong wifi, no dedicated workspace though. Personally liked the big mirror.

Not very hotel-like, but decent enough”
MyTown New York is ideal for BGC employees like me who needs a place to stay overnight. The room I got was very spacious and clean. It uses a window-type aircon which looks old so there's a buzzing noise. The a/c was unplugged so I had to do it myself by stepping on the bed. Good thing the bed frame was sturdy. The room became comfortably cool after running the a/c for a while. I had a good night's sleep. My only concern is its cramped bathroom. Yes, the shower heater was working fine, but when I turned it on, the tissue on the tissue holder got wet that I you can barely use it anymore. When you're staying here, be sure to bring your own toiletries. They only provide towels and a bathroom tissue., but you can buy essentials like shampoo, soap, toothbrush and toothpaste at the Lawson Store inside the premises. Also you must be an employee, otherwise they will not allow you inside according to their policy.
