When I arrived, I have to pay additional cost for my friend, though, we can sleep together without upgrading our room, but the receptionist didn't allow us to enter except pay additional cost for my friend. The cleanness was good actually, but the shower is broken, and the worst is the door between room and bathroom, it was rough to open. One more, it was raining, and the rain was entering our bathroom, how bad it was. I almost forget, the TV was error, the receptionist said the channel is gone. Btw, i just transferred because my flight was in early morning.

bed bugs, super dirty”
+ near airport - there's a bed bugs in the bed (more than 5 bugs🤮) and super dirty bed (hairs and EVEN BLOOD STAINS) - makes my body super itchy for a week - floor are dirty - no wifi - no hot water - SUPER DUPER EXTRA DIRTY (its like they havent change their bed sheets and washed their blanket) - i wish i had known this before booked their room because the damage for my body are wayy expensive than the price for a night

We arrived here to stay one night, as we had a flight from Surabaya, and had only 10 hours, so we don't want to pay to much for one night. The first room what we got , was dirty. Lot of long black hair in the floor, and the pillow smelled like someone slept there before. We asked them to change it, and the staff was nice, and we got another room, which was a bit better and cleaner, but still dust in the floor. We had no washbasin in the bathroom, which was very small. However we had a good new TV and aircon in the room. Everyone who wants to stay there, should consider it is a bit dirty, but you have TV and aircon, and the bed was OK.

无疑这个价格这个位置无可挑剔 看上去是整洁的 但是我觉得不干净叫了前台换了床单 后来我睡到凌晨三点半 发现我的身体超级痒 后来穿上长衫长裤睡才好了 床单的被套和整洁度需要加强

1.Lokasi sedikit tersembunyi dari jalan raya. 2.Tidak ada sikat gigi, no problem sih krn bawa sendiri. Mslh besar jika di website tdk diinfo dan org lupa bawa. 3.Tidak ada air mineral dgn alasan no plastic. Kenyataanya di gudang belakang stok air mineral numpuk. Lbh baik bilang krn murah jd tdk Ada air mineral, tamu jadi bisa prepare. 4.Bangun tidur punggung sakit, kasur terasa melengkung. Ketika di cek ternyata kasur terbalik. Sepertinya bagian atas krn bekas kotor cleaning service kerja cepat cukup dibalik saja. Seprei bantal sedikit bau apek, curiga dicuci lama.

Kamar kurang bersih. Saat masuk kamar, ada rambut seperti sisa cukuran di atas meja, di atas kasur dan lantai juga ada helaian rambut. Shower tidak ada air hangat, tisu toilet berdebu. Tapi lumayan mudah untuk mencari makanan. Ditingkatkan lagi kebersihannya.
