i didnt stay, i leave right away after look to the room. seluruh area hotel bau apalagi kamarnya. bersih sih tapi baunya ga nahan.. bau rokok campur pewangi ruangan jadi agak ga enak ciumnya. akhirnya kami pindah dr situ. walaupun sudah hangus uangnya.

Very bad experience”
The floor was filthy, there was mold on the walls, I had to make the sheets changed because they had been used already, there was no hot water, and in the morning my bag was humid because it was leaning against the wall during the night. The staff was nice, but I am still never coming back again to any OYO ever. It is a shame because you see all of these negative comments, and OYO answers them saying "we are sorry that you had a bad experience", but they don't do anything to improve.

Overall okay, clean room, nice interior, need improvement on TV cable, it's kinda blurry sometimes, and please open the balcony so we can relax outside at the morning, recommended for couple or lone traveller

Nothing special about this hotel, only good for a bed and go. Wallet friendly, but its bit far from everything. Had to move to another room after complaint there was a dirt on bed sheet. Overall ok but wasnt great.

the location is nice with nearby malls, stores and restaurants. Room size is ok for solo with good bathroom. comfortable bed it would be better if water dispenser, located in reception area, was closer to room in upper floors, willing to be back if in surabaya
