          Staff kurang ramah, untuk mengantar tamu ke kamar ogah2an sampai nunjuk beberapa orang tidak ada yg mau antar. Akhirnya ada yg mau mengantar dan mengatakan kata kata yg kurang enak di dengar. Tolong perbaiki pelayanannya. Hanya tersedia handuk kecil itupun tidak langsung ready diantar setengah jam setelah masuk. Murah memang tapi tidak seharusnya staff tidak ramah , namanya kerja sudah jobdesknya kenapa tidak dijalani?
