Best hotel stay so far”
Compliments to all the wonderful staffs in one 15 marina from the reception to housekeeping. They were friendly, full of smiles and service rendered were commendable. The only downside were not taking down their names.. Room was spacious and clean. The soft toys could have been cleaned a little bit more as my daughter was sneezing after hugging it. But overall love the spaciousness of the room..Temperature was just cozy and all of us had a wonderful sleep.... What take our breaths away was the wonderful view...It may be slightly noisy at night with people chattering and walking along the harbour but we were still able to have a good sleep.... We were scared of the location as it was rather far from Resorts world but there are 7 eleven and cold storage nearby... there are shuttle bus which are punctual and on the dot to take us to vivacity or Resorts world.. Overall would highly recommend one 15 marina....The only downside is it should have more family room. :) Thank you for the wonderful stay....

One of the underrated hotels in Sentosa”
One 15 Marina was one of the underrated hotels in Sentosa. My staycation at One15 Marina had been a wonderful experience. Staff were all friendly including housekeeping. Rooms including bathroom and bathtub were spacious and clean. The body wash and shampoo felt luxurious and nice smelling. I love the family room. The only downside were the lack of family room as it was only 1. The soft toys can be washed more often as my kids sneeze the moment they hold it. View was exceptional as our balcony was facing the harbour with the parked boats....Wonderful and splendid view. Location was rather far from main attractions but the shuttle bus and sentosa bus made it accessible to all these places. The availability of 7- 11 and cold storage made it easier if there is a need to grab some necessities. In summary, One15marina is a little gem tat is underrated and it deserves the recognition for being a hotel that deserves 5 star. Highly recommended.

The Marina Looks Great!!”
The hotel seems small from out side and it is, a bit skeptic upon arrival. But when we saw the backyard with all of those Yachts parked at the dock and it is just few meters away.. WOW!! This is quite an experience for us. The swimming pool is also nice, breakfast is great, when we came it was slow season and somehow quiet. LOVE it LOVE it!! If the price is right, I will definitely come back. The restaurant altitude seems to have decent price for lunch and dinner. They also have good American and some Asian choices. Walking around the outer side of the dock is a must. Waking up and to see all those yacht nearby is just breathtaking. Satisfied!!

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. It’s really good for couples with kids. There is an infinity pool and pool for kids. There is a large changing room at the club and even a playpen to out your toddler so u could dry your hair. There is also a playroom at the pool and a playground. And an arcade room as well. If u walk to the other end of the club there is also another playground for kids. There is a supermarket and a 24 hour (7/11 ) store. The room is spacious and the toilets are large and comfortable. The bathtub had a television for a relaxing vibe??!!! it was amazing and toilet was wide. wish i could have chosen a bigger room but we only wanted to try out for a day to see how it went, and there’s a 7-11 shop, bar, cold storage if im not mistaken just 5 minutes walk away. The yachts as the view was an awe because i love to see rich vehicles hahahaha, very high maintenance and service from the workers there are extremely polite and professional. Forgot to get the malay guy’s name, he handled us for the services well. He deserves to get the staff of the month award! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Layton's 7th birthday was above and beyond!”
Aileen greeted us with a friendly welcome. Her willingness to help and assist was beyond my expectation of a font desk stuff. We got to the hotel at 10 am and she assisted to keep our luggage and stored the birthday cake into a chiller for us. She called me at 1 pm informing me that the room is ready and offered to carry my luggage to the room for me. She made a birthday card for my son, who celebrated his 7th birthday in the hotel. It was extremely adorable as Layton and Aileen keep exchanging little gifts throughout our stay. I might say, my son has a little crush on Aileen. I appreciated the call she made in mid-afternoon to check if the room was alright. I then asked if there were any buses going to RWS which she then assisted me with. The next morning when everyone was getting ready, I called in to ask for some sugar and milk (wanted to make tea because I ran out of coffee capsules). When Aileen answered the phone, I was so glad to hear a familiar voice. Instead, she offered to give me more coffee capsules. Great! I had my morning dose of coffee, all thanks to Aileen! We checked out from the hotel, went to USS, and kept our bags in the hotel. After all the fun and being soaked from the rides, we headed back to the hotel at about 8.45 pm and that was when I met Matthew. I asked if he would allow us a quick shower before we headed back home. Though the shower rooms were about to close, Matthew quickly headed down and informed the person in charge, that we were coming down to shower. He handed us towels, assured us not to worry, and told us to have a good shower. I thought that was amazing because it was one of the best showers I've had. I returned to the lobby and was busy packing my bag while at the corner of my eye, saw Matthew interacting with my son, and keeping him company. Amazing!! Even gave Layton a bottle of water when he was chomping down his fish burger. He kept us company and assisted us when the grab car arrived. Truly amazing experience. Thank yo

The rooms are spacious and clean, best of all it is quite quiet at night and you can hear the jungle sounds of insects chipping, if you take the hillside facing room. The peacock and peahens wandering freely about in the morining was another nice surprise.

Very good option to stay away from city area. Quiet and relaxing. Great for families with children as all the Sentosa activities are within reach. Both Sentosa shuttle and Hotel shuttle provide much needed convenience. Staff were friendly and helpful. Even the bus driver of hotel shuttle (by ComfortDelgro) are super friendly and nice. Was raining that day, the bus driver shelter us from the rain with his umbrella. Thank you

Celebrated my 22nd bday with my bf. Staff gave me a box of chocolates. Third stay here, however, encountered abit of problem. Requested comb and shaving kit from the receptionist but it was not delivered. Called again but no answer.

Was only there for a day for my daughters birthday, but the staff ensured us that this was worth it and coming to check on us making sure everything was alright. Room and toilet is big, even for the basic room. Definitely worth another staycation there but for a longer stay

Overall the stay was good. Chill stay with not Many people as this was a club. But facilities wise was average, and can be a little noisy in the morning as sound proofing wasn’t too good, can hear the yacht starting and car passing by sound. But we enjoyed the view and room was huge for our family. Staff was friendly and we like how exclusive it was as there wasn’t many people as there was only 24 rooms. Overall would still recommend!
