Amazing Location”
The location is superb. The room offers almost everything that you need to be more comfortable to stay, clean washroom, working AC, a cozy bed and a wardrobe to keep your luggage. Staffs are helpful and courteous. Just one thing, that they do not have their own parking. So you need to keep your car about 200 mts away to some other hotel's parking.

Best budget resort in patnem”
If i talk about my latet trip to south goa,it was beautiful just because of this property. The property is so well located just near the main market and main road,you just get out of your hut and you find the beautiful patnem beach. Rooms are so beautiful and well maintained & house keeping and room service is up to mark. You call them and the staff will arrive in front of you in just a fraction of second like a ginee. Washroom is also good. Now lets talk about food and drinks,it was so good and reasonable & tasty. Last but not the least the property owner and his younger brother,they are so humble and down to earth.These people dont have a word “NO”in their dictionary. They will never let you feel alone or bore,will come starting chit chatting with you. You will recieve unconditional live from them like families. Finally you will find a dog pet name “puma” in their resort,very fun loving and i gurantee you guys will fall in love with him. Will again visit om shanti ho e beach resort. THNX

Great place ”
Pros- the boss, waitstaff and house staff are all real cool- very helpful. The place is about 20-40 paces to the beach and you can hear the waves crashing all night- Very peaceful at night..., not a party spot but does get lively especially when there’s live music. Good drinks and right next to a shop - hot water all the time and real shower heads plus foot washers at the doorstep of each cabin- the AC works great too! No cons to think off!

Good for long stays!”
Stayed here for 10 days. It is right on the beach and you can hear the waves throughout the day. There is a great seaview from the restaurant and you can sit there the whole day soaking in the vibe. The owners and staff are friendly and a happy bunch. Rooms are decent and spacious, food is okay but i mostly ate out

Great experience (workation)”
Stayed with 3 other friends, we had booked two rooms. Rooms are good with clean bedsheets and fluffy pillows, fridge/tv not available though. The property is very close to the patnem beach, we could sit in their restaurant and work with a beach view. Staff was good and polite. Patnem beach is a peaceful one, and so is om shanti. Car drops about 50 meters prior to the property.

Nice for budget travellers”
If you are looking to stay near the beach in a budget , this is a good place. As the cottages are made of ply wood , there are lots of pest ( ants). If that can be taken care of then it would be better.

Beautiful stay at Om Shanti”
The rooms were clean. The amenities were satisfactory. The main attraction of this place is the proximity to the beach. The beach itself is small but has a lot of shacks and cafes. The musical performances on Saturday night were really charming too. Would definitely recommend visiting Patnem beach as part of your Goa itinerary and a stay here.

Kind of good stay”
It is exactly at the entry point of Patnem beach which is good as well as bad, because of privacy (as we got the very 1st room). In the price point stay was really good. Restaurant is not that clean and extraordinary. Still you've other shacks to explore. Overall a good stay to try.

Hot water available only for few hours in the morning rest of the time just mild heat from solar heaters. Basic cleanliness but very good access to beach. Basically good for the price we pay can't expect much

Unforgetable”
Rigt in the centre of Patnem beach. Very, very tasty food. Comfortable bed with mosquito net. Shower with hot water. Friendly and helpfull staff. Nothing more to desire for a beach stay. The only thing to mention: most of time the a/c in the room was not operational due to power shortage/outage and every night there are some 15-40 minutes blackouts for the whole area; but it seams to be common problem for Goa in general

Another, great stay at Om Shanti”
I returned to Om Shanti after being in Antuna for a week. Initially, I had planned to go to another beach, yet found myself longing to get back to Patnem beach. Patnem beach is really chilled out and super friendly, a great place for all sorts of travellers who wish to relax. Again, I am totally happy with Om Shanti, it's basic, yet meets all my needs. The location is very central. Perfect, for the budget traveller. The bed was super comfy, and I used the Om Shanti restaurant all the time.

Patnem is a beautiful beach and great place to kick back and relax. Om shanti has a brilliant location and does good food and cocktails. Rooms are basic but clean with hot shower. Staff are friendly and sorted airport transfer for us.

Romantic New Years at Patnem Beach”
I loved my stay at Om Shanti. The huts seemed to be higher quality than others I saw, and the location is unbeatable. The location of the huts, although not beach fronts, is great because it's quiet when people are partying late into the night. I would go back in a heartbeat...actually I wish I was still there.

Two days of chill”
Recommended if you want to chill on the beach for 10hr days (bliss!). Location: It's the first place to the left on Patnem beach. Good location - 3km walk to Palolem / 100INR rickshaw. The beach here is much nicer than palolem. No party atmosphere. Rooms: Clean. Bathroom is old but shower is hot and strong. Beach beds are great and no mosquitos Food is just okay... - Fruit salad, curd and yogurt (good) - Pancakes are crepes (pretty dry) - Masala omelette (good) - Tandoori King fish and veggies (could have been way tastier and fresher) - Vegetable korma is bland and gross - Chapati - terrible/hard/thick - No mango lassi avail. but banana was ok - Chills prawns were not too bad - Best of everything was garlic nann Raj that works there is super sweet and helpful! He's great.

Absolute best place in Goa”
This place is just amazing. The huts are clean and comfortable - close enough to the beach that you fall asleep listening to the waves. The beach is stunning, clean and has decent sized waves, and I got so relaxed I fell asleep on the scattered ground cushions watching the view on more than one occasion. The food is out of this world good, with a real naan oven! The real standout though is the staff. Every single one of them couldn’t have been more friendly or helpful - always greeting us with a smile, advice about tours and even teaching us a few phrases in the local language. We extended our stay it’s so good. The only bad thing about the whole stay is that eventually we have to leave!! We’re already planning to come back for Christmas.
