Great hotel in central location”
Hotel in centre of city just off the riverside. Rooms are bright and spacious with tea coffee facilities, toiletries,bathrobes and slippers . Breakfast is basic but ok and there is an egg station for fried and omletes. Take your own mug as cups are small. Restaurant is on the 7th floor so you have to get out of elevator on 6 and walk up the stairs. Tables inside and out. Cutlery is stored on what looks like a mini fridge next to the bar. Staff are quick to restock food but there are no heaters beneath the servers to keep them hot. I think there is a gym but we didn't use it. There's a large unheated pool with sunbeds on the ground floor but it only gets the sun for a short time in the morning. There are 2 spa baths on the roof that can hold maybe 8people each. One cold/luke warm and one absolutely roasting. There are 8 sunbeds with mats and fresh towels available . We had some drinks at the rooftop bar and they are 3times the cost of those in local bars. We highly recommend Harry's bar just 3mins from the hotel for excellent food and drinks. Ohana hotel is really nice and the staff are very polite, helpful and informative. We would recommend this hotel and eould return in the future

Excellent Property and Staff”
Stayed at the Ohana Phnom Penh Palace Hotel in late January for 8 days. I haven't been this satisfied with a hotel for such a reasonable price and good location for awhile. Some notable features: * Centrally located in the River District near plenty of great restaurants and nightclubs (if you are into that sort of thing) * 24 hour security * The BEST staff I have encountered at a hotel of this rating. The doorman, front desk, room cleaning, restaurant staff were all genuinely friendly and helpful. * Rooms are tastefully decorated and very clean. * Bedding, towels and bathroom were new * The rooftop restaurant serves a wonderful assortment of food for breakfast and a modest menu for lunch and dinner. The view of the river and sunrise from here is superb! * Always felt safe and didn't worry about my belongings. Security cameras in the common areas and on each floor. I highly recommend the Ohana Palace Hotel if you wan to stay in the River District. It's a great value for the money and you will not be disappointed in the staff service! Hassle free stay”
I really can't find fault with this hotel, modern, pool, gym, roof top restaurant, with hot and cold jacuzzi on roof, some minor problems with safe and a/c that were handled within minutes of a call to reception. Staff very helpful. Housekeeping on the ball. Not a fan of their buffet breakfast so I ended up going out for breakfast alot, that being said I definitely would stay here again.

Good hotel and staff, terrible management”
I've stayed at Ohana several times and it was a good experience. But now, there is a new manager that sucks and is a tyrant to the staff. He takes and keeps all the tips from the restaurant and front desk staff for himself. What a terrible thing. Workers are awesome and very nice from the restaurant staff to the front desk staff. The manager fired two wonderful restaurant staff while I was there. I will not ever stay at Ohana again and I do not recommend it. There are other nearby hotels nearby where staff are happy and managed with respect.

Oh Ana Phnom Penh Palace is centrally located, easy walking distance walking to restaurants, shopping. The hotel is right across the street to not one, but two mini markets. The hotel is very clean and the staff very helpful. The hotel for breakfast is very good, has a nice selection of food choices. Happy hour bar is just so so. It’s by the pool and not comfortable seating area. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel in Phnom Penh Riverside”
All aspects of our stay were excellent. The hotel is clean and comfortable, our room was spotless. The breakfast choices were many, we ate well. The restaurant prices were actually cheaper than restaurants nearby. Easy to get about, numerous tuktuks available. Would stay again if in Phnom Penh.

Hi. The hotel is very nice. Clean, good comfortable rooms. Beds and linen are good. Plenty of hot water for a bath. Staff are wonderful and hepful - Reception, bell-boy, cleaners. Pool areas are nice, rooftop pool is great. The only thing was the wifi was hit and miss in room 403, did not work out on the balcony. I would definately stay again!. Good job by all your staff. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

2nd stay - Still the best staff and service”
Stayed for another week in February and was greeted by the warm smiles of Ohana staff. Hotel is in a perfect location just across the street from the river front and near many fine restaurants. Just like before, the hotel was clean - following Coviid rules, beautiful rooms and the rooftop restaurant served delicious breakfast and other food. I love Ohana Phnom Penh and will be back in the future! Highly recommend and great prices.

I came back, after covid … be very pleased, the big room with all facilities. Great big pool and breakfastbuffet with a stunning view on the roof top to the Sisowath river as well the jacuzzi. Close to all the bars and restaurants on the riverside”
Great hotel with a rooftop restaurant and plunge pools. Rooms are very clean. Unfortunately my last stay there was no hot water hmmm. Great buffet breakfast with plenty of choices, egg station.. ask for bacon if you like. Like most places in Cambodia this hotel is no different in regards to noise Buddhist chanting over loud speaker at 4am, rooster starts at 4.30 then the local market amps it up with loud music from 5am haha My advise is to book one of the front balcony Residence rooms""

Ohana is my must stay location in Phnom Penh.. Great staff- nothing is to hard. The best location in Phnom Penh. Easy access to trusted tut tut Swimming pool and roof to spar and restaurant. Too easy I have stayed there more than any other location in the world. I am very fussy and like an easy life style.

While the rooms were pretty clean, they could be cleaner, lots of dust in certain areas, some hair in my bahtroom was not cleaned for the whole week. The staff is nice but when I requested something basic the staff said it's not possible, had to talk to manager to make it happen. The hotel is very nice, my room was nice and spacious, great breakfast, great fitness, pool, jacuzzi. Would stay again.

Bang for your buck, specially when breakfast is included with your room, very convenient just about everything is a walking distance away, staff are super friendly, If you need a ride to the airport just ask the staff at the front desk, they'll find you a cheap driver
