Staff are all good and helpful. The room is fairly clean. It's located near Bekasi Station and Bekasi City Hospital as well as other offices. Room amenities are good. Unfortunately, the water flow from the tap is very weak. The shower is fine. I am most averse to hotel rooms that are not soundproof; I'm surprised because both sides are solid walls yet I can still clearly hear the sounds from the neighbors, whether from behind or above, even that night I heard a woman's sigh from the next room very clearly, and their conversation was also very audible. If you want a peaceful staycation, this is not the right choice in my opinion. Outside the room, people frequently walk back and forth. Parking is quite spacious and free, but unfortunately, it is not covered parking.
Had to spend the night and was looking for a budget accommodation with car parking and easy access to food and minimarkets. And there it is. Just suffice. Room was small, AC works great, hot water runs smoothly, lots of food stalls near by, a couple of minimarkets one even open for 24 hrs. So I got what I payed for. Cleanliness needs serious attention though. Other than that I got no complaints.

I always recommend this place to my friends or relatives because I am satisfied with the service from the Ixo Hotel staff and the cleanliness of the rooms here. However, I was surprised to have a less pleasant experience due to the attitude of the security or parking attendant who asked about my room number when I wanted to take my vehicle out of the hotel parking lot. In my opinion, that is the privacy of every visitor and it is inappropriate to ask. And when I returned to the hotel, they also displayed a poor attitude when informing me that my vehicle should not be double-locked, with an unpleasant tone and shouting at me to take off my mask while speaking. I felt disturbed by this. I hope Ixo Hotel can improve and enhance the service for visitors in the future because indeed Ixo Hotel is one of the best places for me or perhaps other visitors to stay and rest here. From the beginning, the staff was friendly and efficient during check-in. The room matched the real pictures 👍 There was a problem with the door not being able to lock, but the staff quickly checked and tried to fix it. Since it might take a long time for the repair, the staff immediately took the initiative to offer and facilitate moving to another room 🥰 There is also a mini cafe available here, as well as the option to order food from the room via WhatsApp/phone. Oh, and because the location is close to the city park, there are also plenty of snacks to choose from outside the hotel. Moreover, this hotel is quite close to Bekasi Station 👍👍
