Good location bad management ”

First day I arrived I slept in the shower and I asked front desk to provide shower mats, they ignored my request, 4 day i slept in the shower again and hit my head to front basin, I end up in the hosiptial with 5 stitch in my forehead, all staff I spoke with in the hotel told me this is not first time that their residents slips in the shower, careless management

Dirty rooms ”

Bath had hair and was full of dirt. Sheets were dirty and dusty too

Potential to be a nice hotel”

Lighting in corridor is a serious Safety Hazard! The drainage in the bathrooms in rooms is not kept well, very stale musty smell, have to keep windows open. They've opt for cheap leds which barely light up anything. The hotel build and facilities are very nice but the above really ruin the experience. If these issues can be corrected i could recommend and i have no doubt, this will be the most popular hotel in the area. I

One Star Hotel Definitely Not 4 Stars ”

Location & WiFi & Mr Omar And Mr Muhammad (shop keeper) are best. I travel a lot according to my experience this hotel is 1* not 4* cleanliness poor. Breakfast very very basic. No tissue paper in the room. No water in the room. No tea kettle in the room. I will not recommend to British people to come And Stay In This Hotel. Thank God we booked two different hotel in Agadir.

Un emplacement idéal qui permet d'accéder à la plage mais aussi à l'arrière ville qui autant à découvrir que le front de mer. l'hôtel est assez vétuste et pas très propre ( Spa, chaises sales du restaurant, salle de bain ...) Tout le petit personnel (portier, maitre nageur, femmes de ménages, serveur, animateur...) sont tous au petit soin, par contre la direction et les responsables devraient prendre exemple sur leurs personnels!! La piscine est agréable. Je conseille cet hôtel uniquement pour son emplacement, Mais si vous comptez passez vos vacances dans l'hôtel, passez votre chemin. Nous avons préféré tout faire à l'extérieur.

La réceptionniste n'est pas agréable du tout malgres.mon 6 voyage dans cet hotel.les coffres fort sont hors service. Et les parties communes de l'hôtel ne.sont pas entretenu. Les femmes de chambres font un super boulot

Hotel veillissant , draps gris et petit dejeuner sans beaucoup d'higiéne . Totalement laissé a l'abandont par la nouvelle direction (tullip inn), malgré une equipe motivé mais sans grand moyen d'agir.
