An Excellent place to stay.”

This is one of the best hotels in Surabaya that I know, and I have been to this city a few times since 1990. The rooms are large and of the 5 star ratings. The restaurant is set up around the swimming pool, under the palm trees, to create an impression of a unique enclosure, guaranteeing privacy for everyone. The staff certainly make sure that you are most welcome and make you feel at home here. I will certainly stay here whenever I come to Surabaya. I strongly recommend this hotel to anyone!

Nice room, and plenty space to park your car. This hotel is designed as a resort, therefore this is a great place to chill, I can easily find many sooty-headed-bulbul (burung kutilang) in front of my window (1st floor). However. there are other hotel options with better location.

The place is neat and well-organized except for the floor plan. I often find it hard to track back to my room from the lobby, especially at night. I think to place more sign/direction will help more guest to find their room easily.

At first, I book this hotel for my wife birthday, I just ask for a birthday card on the room. But they give lot more than that. They give room decoration using flowers on the bed saying "happy birthday my wife" and they even give us a cake as a complimentary!! If I need to stay at hotel for a special day, I believe Novotel will help me with that special moment! Thank you!

My children really love the pool, too bad the outbound playground currently unavailable. The staff are friendly. Be careful with the mosquitoes, if you open the door or window for some time it can enter the room
